    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnet heating wire and a heating mat provided with the same.
      SOLUTION: The electromagnet heating wire is provided with a central supporting body of an insulating material, an inner layer body, an intermediate layer laminated body and an outer layer laminated body and contains an inner layer coil, an intermediate layer coil and an outer layer coil. A driving current of the heating wire is a direct current. When an electric current flows in the outer layer coil and the inner layer coil is magnetized and becomes a direct current electromagnet, an magnetic field is introduced around the coil. The inner layer coil may be driven to work as a heating wire when it is connected in series with the outer layer coil by a changing switch. When the inner layer coil is driven as a heating wire, current polarities of currents impressed on both ends of the inner layer coil and the outer layer coil become reversed. When the inner layer coil and the outer layer coil are driven in a direct current, an electric wave does not occur around the heating wire. If the polarities of the direct currents which are the driving currents of the both ends of the inner layer coil and the outer layer coil are reversed, a magnetic field generated by the inner layer coil and a magnetic field generated by the outer layer coil are offset with each other and drive to work as a non-magnetic field heating wire.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar heating element having flexibility for improving seating comfort of a seat and having a high durability alleviating load stress to the heating element at the time of seating and preventing disconnection of the heating element.
      SOLUTION: Since the base material 11 of the planar heating element 10 is constituted of a non-woven fabric having flexibility, a flexibility to improve seating comfort of a seat can be obtained, and since a calendar-process is applied on the surface of the base material 11 to harden the surface, hardness necessary for preventing disconnection of a heater wire 12 can be obtained stably when a load stress at seating is applied, thereby, seating comfort of the seat is improved and disconnection of the heater wire 12 is prevented to obtain a highly durable planar heating element 10.
