【解決手段】
上下逆装着時にスプレー缶（１０１）と嵌合させるための嵌合構造（９）を、カシメ部収納凹部（１９）内径を筒状カシメ部（１０５）外径よりも僅かに小さく形成することによって、環状凹部（１０７）に嵌め入れた環状嵌合部（２１）を構成する各嵌合部構成片（３３）が、カシメ部収納凹部に圧入された筒状カシメ部から押圧力を受けて放射方向に弾性変位して環状巻締部（１０９）内壁を押圧可能に構成してある。環状嵌合部を複数の嵌合部構成片に分割してあるので、各嵌合部構成片の変位自由度が高まり、この変位自由度がガス抜きの際にキャップをスプレー缶に確実に保持させ、ガス抜き作業を簡単なものにする。

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve mechanism for use of an aerosol container which can effectively avoid deterioration due to contact of a spring member for urging a stem with contents. SOLUTION: The valve mechanism includes a stem 12 vertically movably mounted in a housing 16 provided inside the upper end of a container body 11 of the aerosol container 10 and having the upper end portion protruding upward; and a stem gasket 19 mounted in the housing 16 to surround the outer peripheral surface of the stem 12 to cover an inlet path 18 bending outwardly from a discharging flow path 17 formed in the direction of the center shaft of the stem 12 and opened on the peripheral surface of the stem 12 so that the path 18 can be opened/closed. A spring contact rib 20 protruding outward above the inlet path 18 is provided on the peripheral surface of the stem 12. The upper end of the spring member 21 for urging the stem 12 upward is brought into contact with the spring contact rib 20, and the lower end of the member 21 is supported above the stem gasket 19. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion pump for making a balanced air pressure across a bottle, and cause the emulsion to prevent a contact with a piston ring and further having a liquid permeation preventing air passage. SOLUTION: An emulsion pump having a liquid permeation preventing air passage comprises a piston ring, a pushing lever, a threaded sleeve, a cylinder, a spring, a rubber pipe and a gasket. In these members, an upper threaded portion of the cylinder is engaged with a threaded portion of the threaded sleeve, a width of teeth at the upper end threaded portion of the cylinder is defined as A and a width of a tooth dovetail at the threaded portion where the threaded sleeve 6 is connected to the thread of the cylinder is defined as B, the value of B is larger than the value A, a clearance is formed among these threaded portions. In addition, a clearance is present between the upper end of the cylinder and the contact surface of the lower surface of the top part of the threaded sleeve and a liquid permeation air passage for preventing liquid from permeating into the emulsion pump is formed.
