SOLUTION: The system is provided with a communication device 1a that receives power service information from a power company and with a controller 9b that controls devices of consumers based on the power service information and then operation control of devices in consumers and energy management of the consumers are conducted without giving effect on the system of the consumers even when an information element of the power charge system is subject to change. Moreover, devices served by the power company and devices to be prepared by the consumers are distinguished corresponding to the use of an optimum communication system.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the peak of using electric power, which is generated upon receiving commodities, by a method wherein a showcase, controlling the internal temperature of the same utilizing an electric power, and a showcase controller, controlling the operation of the showcase so as to restrain the generation of peak of using electric power, are provided. SOLUTION: A predetermined time, whereat commodities are received into a showcase 2, is inputted by a predetermined receiving time of commodity inputting means 1b, the predetermined receiving number of commodity is inputted by a predetermined receiving number of commodity inputting means 1c and an estimated time band of peak of using electric power is inputted by a using electric power peak time band inputting means 1a respectively. A cooling capacity necessary for cooling the received commodities is obtained in a supercooling and heating determining means 1e to operate and determine the value of an objective temperature in the showcase 2, which is necessary for generating the cooling capacity. On the other hand, the temperature in the showcase 2 is controlled by an operation control means 1f based on the time band, determined by a schedule determining means 1d, and the degree of supercooling, which is determined by the supercooling and heating determining means 1e.
