摘要： PURPOSE:To build up a communication system in which grouping is automatically set by having only to change the connection form of a transmission line or a slave station or a remote control station. CONSTITUTION:A master station OC and plural slave stations IC are connected by a transmission line and the transmission line is interconnected through the slave stations. A relay adaptor AD is fitted to the slave stations IC and a relay 56 is provided to interrupt the transmission line passing through the inside of the slave stations IC to which the relay adaptor is fitted. The switching of the relay 56 is controlled by a communication control section 54 of the slave stations IC. The master station OC sends a message to the communication control section 54 to set the relay 56 to be opened and the slave stations IC at the downstream from the relay 56 are disconnected. In this state, the master station OC sets a same grouping to the remaining slave stations IC. Thus, the grouping is automatically set in response to the slave stations to which the relay adaptor is fitted.
