    • PURPOSE:To allow the title apparatus to maintain a sufficient dielectric strength by actuating the apparatus by utilizing the pressure difference between the insulating gas in a pressure vessel and the gas in a small container and maintaining the insulating gas which tends to be liquefied in a gaseous state by energizing a heater by means of an interlocked switch. CONSTITUTION:When the ambient temperature drops, the saturated vapor pressures of SF6 gas 3 and nitrogen gas 14 also drop, but part of the SF6 gas 3 is liquefied to SF6 liquid 4 when the ambient temperature reaches a prescribed level, since the liquefaction temperature of the SF6 gas 3 is considerably lower than that of the nitrogen gas 14. Then the pressure of the SF6 gas 3 becomes lower than that of the nitrogen gas 14 and the pressure equilibrium condition between both sides of a flexible wall 12 is broken and the wall 12 moves towards a pressure vessel 1 side. As a result, a switch 13 is actuated to a turned-on state. Since a heater 15 is energized by means of an AC power source 16 and heats the SF6 liquid 4 collected in the lower section of the pressure vessel 1, the SF6 liquid 4 is again liquefied and the pressure of the SF6 gas 3 rises.

    • PURPOSE: To detect the sudden change of pressure by forming the walls of two pressure chambers out of a gas permeable wall for changing the pressure of the pressure chambers at the prescribed rate and a diaphragm moving to the prescribed position in response to the danger change rate of pressure. CONSTITUTION: The first and the second pressure chambers 38 and 40 are formed out of parts 16 and 15 in a cylindrical housing 12. In addition, one of the walls of the pressure chambers 38 and 40 is formed out of a flexible diaphragm 32, and independently movable between the first position and the second position in response to the danger change rate of pressure in the chamber 38. Also, one of the walls of the pressure chambers 38 and 40 is made of a gas permeable wall. In this case, the gas permeable wall is formed to have permeability so that the pressure of the pressure chambers 38 and 40 becomes uniform for preventing the diaphragm from detecting a pressure change when a pressure change rate in the chamber 38 is low, as well as to have permeability of such an extent as not preventing the travel of the diaphragm 32, upon the change of the pressure at the danger change rate. As a result, a sudden change in the pressure of the pressure chambers 38 and 40 is detected and the safety of a tire is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a pressure switch resistant to excessive pressures on the positive and negative pressure sides by forming a pin guide into a shape laid along the form of the diaphragm, keeping a fixed minute space such that it never contact with the diaphragm within operating pressure range, and providing a negative pressure stopper keeping the same minute space on the pressure receiving side of the diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:A pin guide 18 laid along the form of a diaphragm 2 with keeping a fixed minute space such that it never contact with the diaphragm 2 by a pressure within operating pressure range and a negative pressure stopper 19 keeping the same minute space on the pressure receiving surface side of the diaphragm 2 are provided. When an excessive pressure is added to the positive pressure side, the diaphragm 2 is pushed onto the pin guide 18, but it is never deformed even if closely pushed, because the diaphragm side surface of the pin guide is suited to the form of the diaphragm. When an excess pressure is added to the negative pressure side similarly, the diaphragm 2 is conversely pushed onto the negative pressure stopper, but the diaphragm is never deformed as the diaphragm surface of the negative pressure stopper is also suited to the form of the diaphragm.
