A control device drives and controls the first and second nozzle moving mechanisms in swiveling for cutting on the basis of a result of the measurement of the outer shape of the processed object measured by the measuring device in swiveling for measurement in advance, to adjust an injection axis of the cutting nozzle on a position to intersect a central shaft of the processed object and to keep a constant distance to a surface of the processed object at all times.
