    • PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of work by a method wherein a drum for feeding an electronic parts tape is intermittently turned to move by rocking motion of a cam lever, while a cover winding reel is turned to move simultaneously therewith, thereby feeding and winding of both tapes are synchronized with each other. CONSTITUTION:When a cam lever 4 is rocked in X direction a feeding drum 2 also turns to moved by one pitch in the same direction so as to shift a base tape it, holding electronic parts until the electronic part is positioned right below a mounting head 15, while said head 15 is coming down to adsorb the electronic part by its tip before lighting up to mount the part on a printed board. Namely, simultaneously with tape feeding, the lever 4 runs and moved a driven roll 9 hit by the cam edge in Y direction and also turns and moves a winding reel 10 making sliding touch on the roll 9 in Z direction by an assigned angle so as to take up a cover tape t2 while pulling and separating it from a tape T. Thus, it becomes possible with such a single structure to provide precise synchronism between feeding of the electronic parts holding tape and winding of the cover tape so as to carry out supply of electronic parts smoothly.
