CONSTITUTION: The present invention is related to resin molded parts attaching structure in an instrumental panel constructed in a manner that an attaching leg part 6 is provided on the back surface of resin molded parts loaded on the instrument panel, a clip hole 11 is formed in the plate part 10 of this attaching leg part 6, a clip 12 is loaded on the plate part 10 by engaging it with this clip hole 11 and also the resin molded parts are loaded by assembling the clip 12 in the assembling hole of the resin molded parts provided in the instrument panel. A notched part 14 is formed in a flange part 8 opposite to the plate part 10 of the attaching leg part 6 and also the attaching leg part 6 is contracted and shaped in accordance with the notched width of the notched part 14.

摘要： PURPOSE:To smoothly oscillating and operating wind direction adjusting cases by decreasing operating load to the wind direction adjusting cases. CONSTITUTION:A pair of wind direction adjusting cases 4 are provided on an installment panel. A pair of supporting shafts 7 are outwardly protruded on right and left walls of the wind direction adjusting cases 4, and respective supporting shafts 7 are inserted into through holes 8 provided on blast ducts 2, thereby the wind direction adjusting cases 4 are so supported as to be vertically oscillated. Tip surfaces of the supporting shafts 7 and respective wind direction adjusting cases 4 facing them are brought in contact with each other. Sliding flaps 9 extended along the blast ducts 2 is protruded on one part on the periphery on the base ends of supporting shafts 7 faced to each other. The end surfaces of the sliding flaps 9 are come in contact with the inner wall of the blast ducts 2. Accordingly, the tip surfaces of the supporting shafts 7 and the other surfaces of the sliding flaps 9 are slid according to the oscillating operating of the wind direction adjusting cases 4, thereby operating load can be obtained by abrasion of the sliding surfaces of both sides 7, 9.

CONSTITUTION:An air bag lid 4 is attached to an opening 2 of the upper side of an instrument panel 1 as a separate body from an air bag unit 6. A bent duct 14 to be set up in the rear of the air bag unit 6 is divided into two parts, one is a panel side duct attached to the back of the instrument panel and the other a cover side duct 16 attached to the top face of a glove box cover 10. This panel side duct is provided with a bracket 24 installed with a locate pin 25 projectingly, while at both side walls in the car width direction of the glove box cover 10, a boss piece 26 is provided where the locate pin 25 is inserted into and engaged in a projecting way.
