摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate horizontal construction division and obviate the need for adjust ment at the time of lifting of a roof and shorten the term of work by bringing lamp shade-shaped roofs near to freely vertically movable posts juxtaposed to a building frame and arranging the roofs in the horizontal direction and forming the whole roof. CONSTITUTION:Freely vertically movable posts 5 are juxtaposed to a building frame 2, and lamp shade-shaped unit bodies 9 are installed at the upper ends of the posts 5 and the unit bodies 9 are brought near mutually, thus forming the whole roof 10. Each unit body 9 is covered with roofings 11 with complete waterproof top faces at that time, and horizontal rain-water gutters 12 are mounted around at least one unit bodies 9, and connected to rain leaders, and drainage is enabled downward. Ceiling rails 14 circularly rounding the outer circumferences of the posts 5 are set up to the undersides of the unit bodies 9, and overhead cranes 15 are suspended. When the building frame 2 is extended upward, the unit bodies 9 are lifted singly by self-climbing devices 6, and velocity arrangement and stressed limitation among the posts 5 are unnecessitated. Accordingly, the building the frame 2 is covered with the roof 10, and the outsides of the unit bodies 9 are blocked by sheets, etc., thus preventing wind and rain during the construction.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the bearing force of a column and construction efficiency by disposing main reinforcements at four corners and hoop reinforcements around to form a precast concrete column member having a hollow part of circular cross section, then disposing a reinforcement cage and a steel frame in the hollow part, and casting concrete therein. CONSTITUTION:Main reinforcements 2 are disposed at four corners, and hoop reinforcements 1 are arranged around. Concrete is then cast in leaving a hollow part 4 of circular cross section, beam jointing spaces 6 and main reinforcement joint spaces 7 with the upper ends of the main reinforcements 2 in the protruded state to form a precast concrete column member 5-1. A reinforcement cage and a steel frame are further disposed in the hollow part 4, then beam members are fitted into the beam jointing spaces 6, and concrete is cast therein. The column members 5-l are added in succession, and the column member 5-1 is used also as a form. The yield strength of the column is thereby improved, and construction efficiency can be improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently mold a spacer for a spring water processing mold with an inexpensive material by integrally forming a spacer leg section and a solidification filling section. CONSTITUTION:A spacer leg section 1 and a solidification filling section 2 having a shape corresponding to the recess 4' of a spring water processing mold filled and solidified with a solidifying material 3 are integrally formed. A throw away mold 5 having the preset shape is arranged at the portion corresponding to the spacer leg section 1. Concrete, mortar, hardening resin, and thermoplastic resin, as well as a material solidified by drying, reaction of components, and cooling after being filled and keeping the preset shape, are used for the solidification filling section 2. The same material as the solidification filling section 2 or a metal may be used for the spacer leg section 1. A spacer can be molded with an inexpensive material, its handling is simplified, and the work efficiency can be accelerated.
