A belt 15 is moved in direction of B' by rotation of the tail pulley 12, and a pallet 16 is moved at uniform speed. At this time, the shaft 3 is rotated by a motor 21 through a belt pulley 4, and the timing of moving and stopping the movable frame 8 is controlled. If there is load receiving machine in an area F, the movable frame 8 is retreated to a position in the fixed frame 1.
