    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a fastener engaged with aligned holes through workpieces. SOLUTION: The fastener comprises a pin member having a transition portion radially reduced in diameter to extend from a smooth cylindrical shank portion to a threaded portion. The fastener is provided with a sleeve member and a mounting means. The mounting means comprises a collar, a nut or any other possible mounting means. In one embodiment, a workpiece is formed of a plurality of materials, and the materials include composite, metallic, or metallic/composite structures or any combination thereof. In a specific embodiment, the fastener has interference performance of 0.0127-0.254 mm (0.0005-0.0100 inches) in composite structures without risk of composite delamination or damage. As a result of the fastener interference, gaps between the fastener and the structure are eliminated to provide good electrical conductivity between components.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe fixed axial force bolt device easily assembled and capable of preventing component parts from being loosened and falling in those construction works at a high place such as the installation of a tower for overhead transmission line and auxiliary parts in the fixed axial force bolt device capable of easily providing a specified tightening axial force.
      SOLUTION: A screw part M threaded with an applicable bolt 4 is formed at the bottom part of a housing 1. A plurality of disc springs 3 and washers 2 are installed on the bolt 4 and the bolt 4 is lockingly threaded to the housing 1. A thin neck part is formed on the bolt at a prescribed position so that the threading of the bolt can be released after the bolt is tightened with a proper axial force. Accordingly, the component parts are not loosened. Also, since the compressed amounts of the disc springs are preferentially specified, a fixed tightening axial force can always be provided without being affected by the torque factor of the bolt. In addition, attraction washers formed of a permanent magnet are interposed in the bolt device, and a rubber-like elastic body is stored in the housing of light-shielding watertight structure.
