摘要： PURPOSE:To monitor constantly the failure of the circuit and the breaking of cable between a controller and a light emitting device by constructing such as to circulate the entire circuit with or without obstruction on the railroad-crossing line though in the different current flow directions. CONSTITUTION:When there is no obstruction on the railroad-crossing line, an accident warning audible indication control relay is operated, and in the closed state of its operating contact point ER, a reaction relay EPR is kept operating with its operating contact point EPR' closed to the operating side so that the entire circuit is circulated. However, in such current direction, respective indicating lamps L1-L5 are not circulated but photo couplers PC6-PC10 and light emitting diodes P1-P5 are lighted respectively, and for instance, if a cable 9 is disconnected, the light emitting diode P1 is extinguished. If an obstruction is created on the railroad-crossing line and the operating contact point ER of the accident warning audible indication control relay is released, the reaction relay EPR drops and its contact point EPR' is closed to the dropping side. As a result, the current flow direction is reversed, and the respective indicating lights L1-L5 are extinguished in succession so as to emit the accident warning signals.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the put-OFF state of an R-lamp by directly connecting a power source and a stop display indication lamp (R-lamp) without using a circuit opening/ closing means and installing an R-lamp putting-OFF circuit which cuts off the light beam or cuts off the energy supplied from the power source. CONSTITUTION:A Wheatstone bridge circuit 10 is put into nonequilibrium by turning OFF a switch 11, and a nonequilibrium electric current flows in an R-lamp 4, and the lighting electric current is detected by an electric current detector 12, and a driver circuit 14 is turned-OFF through an electric current detecting circuit 13, and a passing indication lamp (G-lamp) 3 is put off. Therefore, when the switch 11 is substantially turned-OFF because of the contact disorder, etc., the R-lamp 4 is turned ON, and the G-lamp 3 is turned OFF. When the switch 11 is closed, the Wheatstone bridge circuit 10 consisting of resistors R1-R4 is put into equilibrium state, and no electric current flows in the R-lamp 4, and the R-lamp 4 is put OFF, and the G-lamp comes ON. The R-lamp is always in lighted up state, and the light beam is transmitted or cut off by the turning ON/OFF of a shutter, and in interlocking with the lighting ON/OFF, the G-lamp can be put ON/OFF. Therefore, the put-OFF state of the R-lamp can be prevented.
