      SOLUTION: The plurality of tabs 31a of a turbine blade 31 are inserted into a slit 33a and its tip is bent in the direction of slit width. A pair of cut-and- raised parts 33b is formed at both end parts of a long side of the slit 33a which extend in the width direction of the slit 33a and fill a gap between both ends of a long side of the tab 31a and both ends of a long side of the slit 33a. In the long side where the tab 31a of the slit 33a is not bent, a second cut-and- raised part 33c is formed which extends in the same direction as that of the first cut-and-raised part 33b and the tab 31a of the slit 33a fills a gap on the long side which is not bent.
