摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a straight advance property by applying the restoring force to the desired direction of a caster in response to the drift quantity from the desired direction of the caster. SOLUTION: A cam 1 is rotated interlockingly with the direction of a caster 14, a lever A2 generates displacement via the rotating motion of the cam 1 in contact with the cam 1, and an elastic element A3 generates the restoring force returning the lever A2 to the original position in response to the displacement of the lever A2. If the force applied to the caster 14 is within a prescribed value when the caster 14 tends to be drifted from the desired direction, the direction of the caster 14 is regulated by the restoring force of the lever A2 generated by the elastic element A3. When the caster 14 is once drifted from the desired direction, the elastic element A3 is kept constant from the displacement rotating center of the cam 1, the restoring force of the lever A2 by the elastic element A3 is made constant, and the direction of the caster 14 is not regulated. When the desired direction is set to a straight advance, the straight advance property of a wheelchair is improved.

SOLUTION: A power assisting torque is generated as an output according to the value to which the integral of the exceeded part is added when input torque exceeds the first specified value t1. The power assisting torque is generated as an output according to the input torque and no more addition of integral value when the input torque decreases blow the second specified value t2. Thus the power assisting torque increases as the passage of time when the input torque is bigger than the first specified value and it becomes easy for an operator to handle over in a heavy load without a burden.

SOLUTION: End parts of a rim bead 2 and a tire bead 5 respectively have protruded parts toward inside and outside and are constituted in dimensional forms to be connected to each other. A rim shoulder part 3 holds a tire bead bottom part 7. A cross-section shape of a lip 14 is formed so that an interval of both of the lips 14, 14 becomes shorter as they approach the rim center direction at the time when the lip 14 makes contact with an inner protruded part 15. Consequently, a ring elastic body 8 more firmly pressurizes the lip 14 on the protruded part 15 in a rim as the ring elastic body 8 moves in the rim center direction by force of air pressure. This ring elastic body 8 is roughly circular in its cross-sectional shape and is installed between the two tire beads 5, 5, and it pressurizes the lip 14 on the protruded part 15 in the rim.

The support arm 34 is stood at the time of elevating the carrier so as to support the lower surface of the other end of the carrier 4. When the carrier 4 arrives a landing 10, the support arm 34 is tilted so as to be positioned in a horizontal state.

As the result, the performance of the position detector can be estimated by the single unit, and the conduction of the generated heat of the motor is suppressed and high precision can be kept.
