摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio absorptive material which is formed by bonding, without the generation of gaps at boundary surface, a radio absorptive layer using foaming particles of volcanic products as a binder and a radio reflective layer as a metal plate or metal foil via a bonding layer which is extremely thinner than a conventional bonding layer and also provide a method of manufacturing the same material. SOLUTION: In the radio absorptive material and the method of manufacturing the same, the radio absorptive material is formed by bonding, via a bonding layer, the radio absorptive layer which is formed by placing carbonic acid gas in contact with a radio absorptive mixture mixing the foaming particles of volcanic products, a radio losing material, and an alkali aqueous solution of silicic acid and by solidifying the mixture and the radio reflective layer as the metal plate or metal foil. Moreover, the bonding layer is the mixture of the foaming particles of volcanic products and an alkali aqueous solution of silicic acid which is formed by placing the carbonic acid gas in contact with the bonding mixture not including the radio losing material and then solidifying the bonding mixture.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the shape holding property for a long time by mutually welding first foam grains composed of foams of a thermoplastic org. polymer and conductive layer formed their surfaces with second foam grains composed of foams of a thermoplastic org. polymer. SOLUTION: The wave absorber is easily made by forming a melt of a mixture composed of first and second foam grains e.g. heated in a die into desired shaped molding. The first foam grains composed of foams of a thermoplastic org. polymer and conductive layer formed their surfaces. This layer is made of a conductive powder such as carbon black, graphite, metal powder, etc., and has a mean thickness of approximately 0.5-10μm, esp. 1-5μm. The second foam grains are welded to the first grains to elevate the bond strength of the grains and uses foams of various thermoplastic org. polymers.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio wave absorbent which is enhanced in radio wave absorption characteristic and practical serviceability by a method wherein the radio wave absorber composed of a nonwoven fabric formed of a first fiber coated with a metal oxide and a second insulating fiber fiber not coated with a metal. SOLUTION: A radio wave absorber is a nonwoven fabric formed of a first fiber and a second fiber. The first fiber is coated with a metal whose surface is oxidized, and the second fiber is not coated with a metal and good in insulating properties. The metal-coated fiber and the insulating fiber are mixed together at a prescribed ratio, formed into a nonwoven fabric, and then subjected to an oxidation treatment to convert the surface of the metal of the metal-coated fiber into an oxide. Or, the metal-coated fiber whose surface coating metal is oxidized by an oxidation treatment and the insulating fiber are mixed together at a prescribed ratio and formed into a nonwoven fabric. With this setup, a radio wave absorber enhanced in radio wave absorbing property and practical properties such as processability, reduction in weight and cost, and others.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the contraction of an insulator due to heating and facilitate the terminal treatment by longitudinally attaching a tape composed of a conductive metal foil layer and an organic polymer layer to a hollow polyolefin insulator in the manner that the organic polymer faces the insulator and electrically conducting the metal foil of the tape and a metal braided shield layer. CONSTITUTION:A metal braided shield layer 4 is provided on a hollow polyolefin insulator 2 having a built-in conductor 1 and further an organic polymer jacket 5 is provided thereon. A tape 3 composed of a conductive metal foil layer 32 and an organic polymer layer 33 is longitudinally attached to the hollow polyolefin insulator 2 facing the organic polymer layer 33, and the metal foil 32 and metal braided shield layer 4 are electrically conducted. Thereby, even when heating is carried out during use, contraction is obstructed by binding action of the metal foil 32, and since the tape 3 and the insulator 2 are not bonded to each other, the peeling removal is easy. Accordingly, the terminal treatment is facilitated.
