CONSTITUTION: A ceramic layer 3 is formed at least at either of the inside face of the cover body 2a constituting a container body 2 or the inside face of a receive container 2b and a heater 4 is installed at the outside of the ceramic layer 3. Cooking food 1 is put in the receive container 2b and covered with the cover body 2a and heated by the heater 4. The ceramic layer 3 is heated by the heater 4 and much far-infrared rays are emitted from the ceramic layer 3 to burn a food 1 to be cooked. Accordingly, the food 1 can be effectively burned by the irradiation of the far-infrared rays and the vegetables or fruits can be easily cooked. Since the inside face is the ceramic layer 3, the food 1 to be cooked can easily be peeled off even when the food contacts closely the inside face and the food can easily be taken out and the inside face is not easily stained.

    • PURPOSE: To uniformly heat food to be cooked by providing a heating plate for cooking food on the upper side of a heater, and providing a ceramic layer heated to generate far infrared rays on the upper surface of the heating plate. CONSTITUTION: A heating plate 3 is set in the bottom of an inner container 10 of a container main body 2 to be used as a heat cooking device. When an electric current is applied to a heater 1 to generate heat, the heat is transmitted to the heating plate 3 through the bottom of the inner container 10 to cook food 15 on the upper surface of the heating plate 3 by heat. When the heating plate 3 is heated by the heater 1, far infrared rays are generated from the ceramic layer 4 of the upper surface of the heating plate 3 and the far infrared rays are applied to the food 15. Thus, the food is heated from the surface by heat from the heater 1, and the food is heated from the inside by far infrared rays to uniformly cook the food by heat.

That is materials to be roasted, such as coffee beans, in the container body 1 are distributed in the form of a doughnut around the heating shaft 3 which is converted into the heater and roasting can be carried out in a state of hardly any escape of heat radiated from the heating shaft over the whole periphery thereof. Thereby roasting can be efficiently and lightly performed even at home, etc., without escape of heat. The roasting degree can be changed especially for coffee beans according to tastes.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain a molding with a high surface hardness, by using a mixture of a multifunctional acrylate base resin and a polyester base resin as gelcoating resin to enable the formation of a gelcoat layer without use of any ultraviolet ray electron beam irradiation equipment.
      CONSTITUTION: A mixture of a multifunctional acrylate base resin and a polyester base resin is applied on the surface of a mold 1 and hardened under normal temperature or heat to form a gelcoat layer 4 and then, a molding material 5 for core is laminated and hardened on the surface side of the gelcoat layer 4. The blending ratio of both the resin for gelcoating is preferably 10W90wt% for the multifunctional acrylate base resin and 90W10wt% for the polyester base resin and the coat thickness is set for about 2W300μm. In the molding thus obtained, the gelcoat layer 4 can improve not only scratch resistance but also thermal water resistance and atmospheric corrosion resistance.
