摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a gas industrialist and a gas user to select the optimum timing of opening and closing a cock of a gas passage by a method wherein the selection of either one of automatic cock opening only, the manual cock opening only and both automatic and manual cock opening is permitted by an automatic and manual cock opening selecting unit. SOLUTION: The selecting unit 1 of automatic and manual cock opening is constituted so that a gas supplier can select arbitrarily through a public telephone circuit or a gas meter installing man can select upon installing a gas meter respectively. Cock opening mode units 2, 3, 4, receiving the cock opening selecting signals A, B, C respectively, are provided. Further, safety deciding units 5, 6, deciding the safety of a predetermined cock opening upon receiving a cock opening signal or a cock opening existing signal, sent from the cock opening mode units, are provided. A gas opening and closing valve is opened when a cock opening operating unit 7 has received an automatic cock opening permitting signal H from the automatic cock opening safety deciding unit 5 or receiving a manual cock opening permitting signal I from the manual cock opening deciding unit 6.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with facilities for manufacturing process and manufacturing environment cleaning and high accuracy by exciting a coil, driving a plunger on the main valve seat side by a latch mechanism, and driving a movable valve on the main valve seat side by a main compression spring. SOLUTION: When a coil 9 is excited, a plunger is once moved downward by a magnetic circuit formed out of a plunger 6, a first yoke 7, a second yoke 8, and a pole piece 13. By next demagnetization, it is moved upward by the force of a main compression spring 5. Then, the upper end side of a hook 24 is moved in a cam groove 23, so as to close the device. Under this condition, the main compression spring 5 is elongated, and a main valve rubber 21 is contacted with the underside of a main valve seat 1, so as to shut off a gas passage. Under this condition, the coil is excited again, demagnetized after moving the plunger 6 downward, the hook 24 is moved in the cam groove 23, so as to open the device. This is repeated at a fixed time. This can be operated only by supplying exciting energy to the coil, and it dispenses with facilities for highly accurate manufacturing process and cleaning environment.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fluid from being penetrated into a part beyond the bottom of a cylindrical guide body, by forming the cylindrical guide body having an electromagnet to have a bottom, and arranging the bottom of the cylindrical guide body at near the other end of a plunger. SOLUTION: A guide body 21 is formed into a bottomed cylindrical shape by using a non-magnetic material such as brass, the opening side one end of the guide body 21 is retained to a frame body 64, the other end thereof is closed by a bottom 211, and a magnetic pole 62 is oppose to a permanent magnet 22 sandwiching the bottom 211 of the guide body 21, and fixed on the inner surface side of the bottom 211. A minor protective film in such an extent that prevents weak oxidation by atmosphere, is used for a protective film applied to the permanent magnet 22. Fluid 9a is prevented from being penetrated into a part beyond the bottom 211 of the guide body 21 by the bottom 211 of the guide body 21, a seal body mounted at near an end which becomes the opposite side of a valve element 71 in the conventional case is no more required, and metal whose material characteristics are stable for a long time is used for sealing the fluid 9a in the end instead of the conventional rubber seal and so on, thereby the long reliability of the performance of a seal can be remarkably improved.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discontinue the power supply to equipment using gas, when a gas leakage occurs by a device which is small in size and economical as a whole, and with which a wiring work in a narrow space can be avoided as much as possible. SOLUTION: When a gas leakage is detected, the output of a gas leakage alarm device control unit 4 is amplified by an amplifier circuit 5 and outputted as an alarm by a buzzer 6, and at the same time, the excitation of the coil 7 of a relay is released. With the release of the excitation of the coil 7 of the relay, a relay contact 8 is closed, and the output is inputted to a leakage detection unit 9. Normally, the leakage detection unit 9 compares the output of a ZCT 11 with a set value, and if the former exceeds the latter, it decides that a leakage has occurred and turns on a thyristor 10. With this process, a breaker coil 12 is excited, a breaker contact 13 is opened resulting in a power supply being cut off. When the relay contact 8 is closed, the leakage detection unit 9 also turns on the thyristor 10 as in the case of leakage detection. Accordingly, the power supply is cut off with the same process in this manner.
