摘要： PURPOSE:To make treatment quick and perfect, by enabling the rotation and vertical movement of an end face treating head and an inside surface treating head. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 37a is provided in the body 26 of a device 10 for treatment before and after a penetrant test so that the shaft can be moved up and down. An inside surface treating head 46 is secured on the top of the shaft. An end face treating head 39 is fitted on the lower part of the rotary shaft so that the head only be moved relatively to the shaft in the axial direction. A spring 45 for elevation is provided between the body 26 of the device and the end face treating head 39. When a motor 27 for moving up and down is started, the rotary shaft 37a is moved up and down together with a vertically moving block 33. The rotary shaft and the end face treating head 39 are rotated by a motor 52 for rotation. An end face cleaning brush 40 is rotated to clean up the end face of a thin pipe 5 while the brush is thrusted on the end face by spring 45 for elevation. An end face cleaning brush 47 is rotated and moved up and down to clean up the inside surface of the thin pipe after the brush is moved outward in the radial direction by centrifugal force.

摘要： PURPOSE:To position a welding torch accurately by using a fiber scope provided with an imaging lens and a projecting lens, a transparent scale plate, a picture pickup device for converting the pictures on the scale plate into electrical signals, and a picture receiver for reconverting the electrical signals back into the pictures. CONSTITUTION:A walking robot 15 capable of moving along a ceiling tube plate 12 in a water chamber 14 is fitted with one end of a fiber scope 16 and with a welding torch spaced by a predetermined distance from the one end of the fiber scope 16, so as to accurately position the welding torch relatively to a specified thin steam vapor tube 13. An industrial television camera 19 as a picture pickup device is connected with a picture receiver 20 which reconverts the electrical signals fed from the camera 19 back into picture signals and simultaneously synthesizes and displays both the lower end surface of the thin steam vapor tube 13 and the graduation of the scale plate 17. Accordingly, it is possible to accurately position the welding torch relatively to the thin steam vapor tube 13.

摘要： PURPOSE:To ensure the high-accuracy measurement for the discharged gas amount of various materials by providing the variable orifice between the sample room and the exhaustion tube and then varying the orifice conductance in accordance with the change of the discharged gas amount. CONSTITUTION:The device consists of sample room 1 storing sample 9, exhaustion device 27 which adsorbs the discharged gas and exhaustion tube 23 linking room 1 to device 27. The area between room 1 and tube 23 is partitioned via the variable orifice. With turning of handle 18, conductance variable rod 13 receives the re ciprocal motion. And conical valve 12 is put in and taken out the orifice to vary the orifice conductance C, and the shift amount or rod 13 is detected via reciprocal quantity detector 20. As a result, the conductance is varied according to the change of the discharged gas amount of sample 9. Then the discharged gas is exhausted so that the voltage difference within room 1 and tube 23 may be within the range not to cause the build-up. Thus the measurement is possible with a high accuracy.

The developer is discharged like a band from the slit to the welded part. Excess developer is drained from a recovery container through a drain pipe.
