    • PURPOSE:To make a mirror holder lightweight and small-sized and to reduce the production cost by constituting the mirror holder with one connecting bar and two holding plates provided in both ends of this connecting bar. CONSTITUTION:The mirror holder holds the second mirror 3 and the fourth mirror 4 orthogonally to each other and is movable on a scanning guide. The mirror holder is constituted with one connecting bar 10 and two holding plates 20 and 30 provided in both ends of this connecting bar 10. Both ends of mirrors 3 and 4 are inserted into rectangular holes 21, 22, 31, and 32 formed in the holding plates 20 and 30 to hold mirrors 3 and 4, and mirror surfaces are pressed to projections 23, 23, 24 and 24 formed in rectangular holes 21 and 22 and projections 33 and 34 formed in rectangular holes 31 and 32 to position mirrors 3 and 4.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a desired spectral reflection factor characteristic, by providing thin films consisting of high refractive index dielectric and low refractive index dielectric, by odd layers of 3 or more reciprocally on the metallic reflecting film, and forming a reflector. CONSTITUTION:A reflecting film 7 is formed on the supporting body 6 by means of vacuum deposition, etc. A thin film 8 of TiO2 having high refractive index onto this reflecting film 7, also a thin film 9 of MgF2 having low refractive index onto this thin film 8, and furthermore a thin film 10 of TiO2 onto this thin film 9, are formed respectively by means of vacuum deposition, etc. Each optical film thickness nn of said thin films 8, 9, 10 is one-third of the wavelength lambda of 550nm, and one- fourth of the wavelength lambda of 730nm or so. The spectral reflection factor characteristic in case when said thin films have been laminated by three layers shows reflection factor of 94-95% in case of 550nm, and shows 80% and 10% in case of 700 and 800nm, respectively. Accordingly, by means of said constitution, a desired spectral reflection characteristic can be obtained by increasing the reflection factor in the desired wave length area and lowering the reflection factor in the unnecessary wavelength area.
