    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine particle-coated organic material since it is clarified that degree (f) of orientation besides degree of crystallization largely contributes to various functions when the functions are added to a synthetic organic material, pretreatment for activating the surface of the organic material with a strong acid is not required and a fluorine-based organic material is subjected to surface modification such as coloration, light accumulation etc., in a liquid phase by post processing and a method for coating an organic material with a fine particle.
      SOLUTION: A filamentous material, film or bulk body molded article formed from a synthetic organic material having a degree of crystallization of ≥60% and a degree of orientation of ≥0.5 is used as a substrate and a fine particle of an inorganic material of metal or ceramic having a particle diameter of ≤10 μm is fixed through at least one kind of a silane-based binder, an aluminate-based binder, a titanate-based binder and a fluoro-based binder on the surface of the substrate.
