    • PURPOSE:To perform the dyeing of stockings excellent in the dyeing levelness by intermittently or continuously blowing-air in a dyeing solution to vibrate the dyeing solution and simultaneously give impact to the stockings, when bagged stockings are subjected to a high pressure dyeing treatment in a circulated dyeing solution. CONSTITUTION:Bagged stockings 1 are loaded and filled on plural shelves 14 disposed in the inner tank 13 of a dyeing outer tank 1 capable of closed with a door 3, and an automatic valve 5 is operated to supply the dyeing solution. The supplied dyeing solution is heated with a heater 22 to a prescribed temperature, upward press-transferred with a press pump 20 through a flow passage 12 formed with a dividing plate 11 in the outer tank 2, flowed down from a flow-straightening plate 16, and subsequently again circulated from the holes of a bottom plate 10 to the flow passage 12 through the heater 22 and the pump 20. A blower 29 is operated in the circulation of the dyeing solution to intermittently or continuously blow air in the dyeing solution for vibrating the dyeing solution and simultaneously giving impact to the stockings, followed by combining the dyeing solution near to the stockings 1 with the circulated dyeing solution, thus uniformly dyeing the stockings.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a compact apparatus for continuous liquid treatment capable of uniformly treating a continuous cloth with a liquid in high efficiency. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of plate-formed separators 11 each having at least one liquid-impermeable face are attached to an inner conveyor at equal intervals in the transfer direction. The inner conveyor 2 and an outer conveyor 3 are intermittently driven by the pitch of the separators 11. A cloth 6 is supplied to the apparatus by a feeding apparatus 4 during the stopping time of both conveyors 2, 3 and the treated cloth is delivered from the apparatus by a delivery apparatus 5. The cloth held in the cloth-holding recess of the inner conveyor 2 in folded state is intermittently transferred through the U-shaped transfer path formed by both conveyors 2, 3 and, at the same time, at least one of the conveyors 2, 3 is vibrated with a vibrator 14 at an amplitude of 0.5-2mm and a frequency of 1800-3600 cycles/min. The application of the vibration induces small and quick vibration of the whole treating liquid, promotes the impregnation of the treating liquid to the middle part of the folded cloth and peels a cloth part from adjacent cloth part to facilitate the intrusion of the treating liquid into the folded cloth.

    • PURPOSE:To improve workability of a great number of dyeing tests by intermittently and continuously transferring plural pot frames stored in a dyeing pot through a shaking stand successively holding the pot frames in the longer direction. CONSTITUTION:Dyeing pots P having stored dye and a material to be dyed are arranged in pot frames A, placed on a supporting stand 3, pushed out to the downstream side by a letting off device 32 and transferred through a feeding device 4 to a shaking stand 1. After the shaking stand 1 is shaken at a right angle to the longer direction for a fixed time, each pot frame A is transported at constant strokes intermittently, a given amount of each auxiliary is partially poured from an auxiliary injecting device 5, the material is dyed under shaking while intermittently transporting the material along a path of the shaking stand 1 for a given time and dyeing is completed at a point of time when the pot frames reach the downstream end of the shaking stand 1. Then the pot frames A are taken out on a removal stand 6 by a discharging device 7. The above- mentioned actions in series are continuously carried out to perform a great number of dyeing tests in many dyeing pots.
