    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a catalyst for hydrogenolysis of halogen-containing organic compounds, which is used for a reaction to decompose carbon-halogen bonds in a halogen-containing compound by using a molecular-state hydrogen, shows a high activity even under a mild condition, makes it possible to perform an effective dehalogenation of a polyhalogenated organic compound, is high in the selectivity for an object reaction, easy to manufacture, and can be used again, and to provide a hydrogenolytic method using the same.
