    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preventive device against mixing of different kinds of liquid in a tank lorry by which mixing accidents of different kinds of oil or liquid is securely and easily prevented and a discharge valve is prevented from being opened by mischief and further, which can easily cope with a malfunction brought after the discharge valve has been opened. SOLUTION: In this preventive device 30 against mixing of different kinds of liquid, on loading a liquid, the liquid is designated by a specifying means of the loading liquid, and on unloading it, an unloading chamber to connect a hose to an discharge opening is designated by a specifying means and also the liquid is designated by a specifying means of the unloading liquid. Only when the loading liquid information in a designated tank chamber coincides with the unloading liquid information, the control valve of the tank chamber is opened, and a cylinder 37 is driven, and a stopper 35 is set at the unlocking position of the stopper receiver 34 with a slope 61 at the handle 7 side. In this way, the handle can be rotated to the opening position and also the discharge valve V can be opened.

SOLUTION: When a stopper 5 is urged upward by a coil spring 6 and positioned in the notch 3c formed in the middle part of a lock rod 3, the lock rod 3 is restricted so as not to axially move and an oil mixing preventive lock makes a cock or the like uncontrollable. In this state, pins 8b, 8c of a specified key 8 protruding two pins 8b, 8c from the lower end of an indication plate 8a specifying the kind of oil, are inserted in insertion holes 7a, 7b to move the stopper downward and release the fixed condition in the notch 3c. Then, the lock rod 3 is shifted to the right by the coil spring 4. In this way, the locked state against the cock is released and oil can be supplied.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a worker to easily ascertain the condition of liquid injection when a liquid is injected into tanks, by providing an automatically changing-over means for display, which automatically changes over a display on a display unit of a liquid amount monitor so that information on an amount of the liquid in a tank specified by a tank specifying means is displayed. SOLUTION: An amount of oil in each oil storage tank is measured (S4) on the basis of a detection signal from an oil level detector. Then, whether an amount of oil in any one among the oil storage tanks has increased is determined (S5), and, in the case where the result of determination is NO, a step is returned to the preceding step (S4) of measuring an amount of oil, while, in the case of YES, an oil storage tank, in which an amount of oil has increased, among the oil storage tanks is specified (S6). Then, whether the number of tanks receiving oil injection is one is determined (S7), and, in the case of YES, a display screen of an oil amount monitor is automatically changed over (S8) so that information on an amount of oil in one tank receiving oil injection is displayed, while, in the case of NO, the display screen of the oil amount monitor is automatically changed over (S9) so that information on an amount of oil in each of two or more tanks receiving oil injection is simultaneously displayed.

SOLUTION: In an oil feeding apparatus wherein when an oil feeding requiring signal is received from an oil feeding controlling device 18 of metering machines 10A and 10B, a driving signal is outputted to each submergible pump 2A and 2B, open/close valves 5A and 5B are provided on the downstream sides of the leakage detecting valves 4A and 4B and abnormality detecting means 21 are provided on the driving circuits of the submergible pumps and when the submergible pump is stopped by the pump controlling device when abnormality is detected by the abnormality detecting means to output a valve closing signal to the open/close valve and outputs a driving signal to the next step submergible pump and to make the valve closing signal disappear after a definite time passes after the driving signal is outputted.
