SOLUTION: The device for forming a wall panel 2 is such that a temporary assembly of a wall panel 2, which is abutted with a steel plate 5 laminated with a surface material 4, is carried by a conveyor 6 to a frame 3 assembled with a frame material 31 having a cross-sectionally U-shaped groove 31a, and the wall panel is bent and fixed in the groove 31a of the frame 3 while the edge of the steel plate 5 is gradually bent through plural bending rollers 11 arranged between the rollers of the conveyor 6. The device is also provided with a means 12 for energizing the bending rollers 11 in the direction to the wall panel 2 and a means 13 for adjusting the height of the rollers 11 in multiple steps, and is capable of adjusting it in accordance with the thickness of the surface material 4 of the wall panel 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a side protruding shaped part from bending or roll scratches from generating at the end of roll by pressing with press rolls so that the protruding shaped part to a shape correcting roll side is followed to the correcting shape at the position of the shape correcting roll or the both sides of its before and behind. SOLUTION: A rough expansion shape 2 is passed through a shape correcting roll machine assembled with shape correcting rolls 5, 6 of a central concave and a central convex on the outside circumferential faces and shape correcting is executed. Press rolls 7, 7 arranged freely rotating and co-axially on both sides of the upper side shape correcting roll 5 press side protruding parts 2a, 2a from the shape correcting rolls 5, 6 so as to be followed to the correcting shape. The press rolls 7, 7 are composed of an elastic material so as not to generate contact-scratches on the shape. Therefore, the generation of bend or roll scratches is prevented and the well quality expansion article is produced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily make into a bent state the bent plate wherein rugged parts extending along the width direction are provided in the bottom surface and respective side surfaces as alternately continuous corrugations in the longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: Rugged parts extending along the width direction are alternately formed in the longitudinal direction as alternately continuous corrugations in respective side parts of a flat steel plate 50 with a pair of upper side corrugation forming rolls 14 and respective lower side corrugation forming rolls 15 alternately opposed in a side part corrugation forming roll unit 10. The depth of respective recessed parts in corrugations is gradually deepened as it approaches to the central part side in the width direction, and the flat steel plate 50 is made into the bent state along the longitudinal direction. Thereafter, when the flat steel plate 50 is successively bent with respective cross section forming roll units in a cross section forming part so that the central part in the width direction projects downward and formed into the bent plate having a prescribed recessed shape in cross section, it is made into the prescribed bent state along the longitudinal direction with a finishing roll unit after corrugations are formed in the bottom surface of the bent plate with a bottom corrugation forming roll unit.

SOLUTION: A general roll forming device 25 erects a folded part 2b of a sash, a variable roll forming device 26 performs the final variable forming of a bag part 2a, and a seam spot welding machine 27 welds a root of the bag part 2a and W of the folded part 2b. A sensor 14 detects a reference hole, and an encoder 15 detects the carrying speed of a plate, and operates the elongation of the plate generated to the general roll forming device 25, and feeds it back to a cutting machine 30 in a rear stage. The cutting machine 30 cuts the plate to the prescribed length by the detection signal of the sensor 14. The rigidity of the bag part 2a is increased by forming the bag part 2a before the folded part 2b is formed, and welding and fixing the root of the bag part 2a, and the shape accuracy of the bag part 2a can be kept even when the folded part 2b is formed.

When a work plate W is inserted between the upper pieces 5, 9 and the lower pieces 6, 10, the work plate is held and carried by the upper piece 5 and the lower piece 6, and formed into the prescribed sectional shape by the upper pieces 5, 9 and the lower pieces 6, 10. When a motor 58 and a motor 62 of a movable stand 2 are driven, and an upper shaft 7 for the upper piece 9 and a lower shaft 8 for the lower piece 10 are reciprocated in the axial direction, the bending point of the work plate W is moved in the axial direction. When motors 50, 62 of the movable stand 2 are driven and the upper shaft 7 for the upper piece 9 and the lower shaft 8 for the lower piece 10 are moved in the vertical direction, the bending point of the work plate W is moved to perform the three-dimensional forming.
