    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a non-thermoplastic polyimide film whose precursor solution has high storage stability, and which develops high adhesivity without expensive surface treatment.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a polyimide film comprising a non-thermoplastic polyimide having a block component originated from a thermoplastic polyimide includes: (A) a step of forming a prepolymer having an acid anhydride on the terminal in an organic polar solvent; (B) a step of using the prepolymer, an acid dianhydride component and a diamine component so as to be substantially equimolar to synthesize a polyimide precursor solution, and (C) a step of casting a film-forming dope liquid containing the polyimide precursor solution to imidize the precursor, wherein the diamine component and the acid dianhydride component used in the (A) step are selected so that a polyimide obtained by equimolarly reacting these make the thermoplastic polyimide, and the polyimide precursor is a precursor of the non-thermoplastic polyimide.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for directly forming a selective functional pattern on the surface of a substrate.SOLUTION: In the method for forming an alternative functional pattern on the surface of a substrate by passing through a ground adjusting process, a pattern forming process, and a modification surface laminate process or the like; the pattern forming process forms a surface modification layer on the whole surface and directly obtains a functional pattern 9 by passing through two processes of: A. a pressing process which holds a reaction liquid 2 which reacts with the substrate, makes an intaglio printing 5 with the functional pattern contact to the substrate surface, and transfers the functional pattern; and B. an activation adjustment process which holds the reaction liquid as it is for a fixed time to adjust activity of the substrate surface.
