The bearing integration type synthetic resin pulley including an outer tube part, an inner tube part and a connection part connecting the outer tube part and the inner tube part and radially provided with a plurality of reinforcement ribs on both side surfaces of the connection part over circumference direction with a predetermined interval is suitable.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley for an automobile which has sufficient durability under high temperature and high load and materializes light weight and low cost.
      SOLUTION: In a bearing integrated light alloy pulley, a light alloy pulley is fixed onto the outer peripheral face of the outer ring of a rolling bearing made up of an outer ring, an inner ring and a plurality of rolling elements interposed between the outer ring and inner ring. The light alloy pulley has an outside cylinder, an inside cylinder and a coupling part for coupling the outside cylinder to the inside cylinder. Both side surfaces of the coupling part is a plane. When the axial width A of the outside cylinder is set as the axial width B of the coupling part, the relationship between A and B is satisfied with 0.3≤(B/A)≤1.0.
