    • PURPOSE:To provide a beam-slab joint method which is capable of eliminating such troubles as positioning or an installation procedure, and high in flexural rigidity. CONSTITUTION:In a joint method which installs a pair of PCa floor slabs as opposed and joints the paired floor slabs with a beam 10, holding studs 16 in between, on both sides of the top of the structural steel beam 10 which is located at the center of the tip and from which a large number of studs 16 are projected in the longitudinal direction, a plurality of vertical loop-shaped U reinforcements 14 are projectingly installed while the U-shaped reinforcements are arranged so that each of their tips may approach alternately the opposed PCa floor stab, crossing over the studs. After the installation of both PCa floor slabs, at least a pair of reinforcing bars are placed and tied-up, intersecting and in parallel with each of U-shaped reinforcing bars 14 on both sides of the studs 16. Then, mortar or concrete 22 is filled-up in a groove 12a formed between both PCa floor slabs 12.

    • PURPOSE:To obviate the need for welding or troublesome work, such as positioning and an installation procedure and install floor slabs by jointing PCa floor slabs with each other and with a beam by post placing of reinforcements and filling up of a filler material. CONSTITUTION:In a joint method which installs a pair of PCa floor slabs as opposed and the paired floor slabs with a beam 10, holding studs 12 in between on both sides of the top of the structural steel beam which is located at the center of the tip and from which a large number of studs 12 are projected in the longitudinal direction, a cross section-recessed shaped notched part 14a is preliminarily formed along the crosswise direction on an installation end of both PCa floor slabs. The notched parts 14a are adapted to face each other with both PCa floor slabs installed while reinforcements 18 and 20 are placed in a vertically and horizontally checkered shape. At the same time, the reinforcements 18 and 20 and the studs are tied-up as well. Then, concrete C is filled-up between both PCa floor slabs 14.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a precast concrete pillar having the high strength and the superior fireproofness by embedding a fibrous member into a concrete hollow cylinder body, reinforcing the hollow cylindrical body and convering the outer periphery of the hollow cylindrical body by a fireproof member. CONSTITUTION:A concrete pillar body is constituted of a concrete hollow cylinder body 1, fibrous body 2, and a fireproof covering member 3. The concrete hollow cylinder body 1 is shaped from a cylindrical body having opened port parts A at the upper and lower edges through the centrifugal molding method. Further, the fibrous body 2 is formed by forming the fibrous material such as carbon fiber and aramid fiber to a mesh form and attaching the meshed body by an adhesive such as epoxy resin. Further, the fireproof covering member 3 is made of the fireproof material such as ceramics. Then, the fibrous body 2 is embedded into the thick part of the cylindrical body 1, and concrete is placed, and further, the outer peripheral part is covered by the fireproof material 3. Accordingly, the pillar having the high strength and the superior fireproofness can be obtained.
