    • PURPOSE:To prevent an object except a mobile object having less resistance to a noise from being extracted by obtaining a velocity vector concerning respective small areas of a frame image, obtaining a distribution diagram, removing the distribution of the velocity vector by the camera operation out of it and extracting the small area in an original frame image equivalent to the component of the residual velocity vector as a moving object area. CONSTITUTION:After an original frame image is inputted, the velocity vector A of respective small areas is counted by a step 3, and camera operation B is discriminated by a step 4. By a step 5, the distribution pattern C of a velocity vector due to the camera operation B is selected from the correspondence table registered beforehand. Next, in the processing of a step 6, the component of the velocity vector equivalent to the step 5 is removed from the speed distribution diagram obtained by the step 3 and a component D is obtained. Finally, by a step 7, from the position information of the residual velocity vector component, a small area E equivalent to the component D is segmented out of the original frame image and made into a moving object area.

    • PURPOSE:To increase the lightness of a white part and to form a color slide or the like removing distortion and having high color saturation by extracting a white signal in a color image signal after exposing a color image in each color, transferring the extracted white signal to a liquid crystal display device and correctively exposing respective colors of a transmitting light source. CONSTITUTION:One color, e.g. red(R), is selected from a color image signal 5 and transferred to a transmission type monochromatic liquid crystal display device 1, the transmitting light source 4 is emitted by the r1 of a corresponding control signal 61, and the image is recorded in a photosensitive body in a photographing device 3 by the transmitted light of the device 1. Then, other colors G, B in the image signal 5 are successively selected and the light source control signal is successively changed to the g1 of a signal 62 and the b1 of a signal 63 to record respective colors. Then, a signal W extracting a white signal in the image signal 5 is transferred to the device 1, during the period the light source 4 is emitted by signals r2, g2, b2 to execute correcting exposure for compensating the exposure lack of the white part.

In such a way, it is possible to newly and easily produce the color not existing in an original color image signal sent from a host.
