    • PURPOSE:To reduce vibration and improve the quality of manufactured products and reduce the noises by not exerting large loads on a sheet by sealing a low melting point metal having a melting point to be a molten state during the steam-introduction operation in the interstices between cylindrical sleeves and cylindrical cores. CONSTITUTION:On the outer circumferential surface of cylindrical cores 18U, 18P formed on one or both rollers of an upper roller 1' and press roller 3', thin wall cylindrical sleeves 17U, 17P are provided, and in the interstices 19U, 19P between the cylindrical sleeves 17U, 17P and the cylindrical cores 18U, 18P, a low melting point metal having a melting point to be a molten state during the steam-introduction operation is sealed. Accordingly, heat of steam introduced into roller hollow parts 16U, 16P is transmitted from the inner cylinder via the low melting point metal and outer sleeves with the result that the outer surfaces of the roller sleeves is made high temperature. Since the sealed low melting point metals 20U, 20P liquefy, small shell-like elastic vibrations are decreased relative to impacts by viscous resistance through fluidization, as a result, it acts to reduce the noises.

    • PURPOSE:To form waste paper in high density while maintaining secret without lowering quality of regenerated pulp and enhancing transportation cost due to bulkiness by recovering waste paper of paper for data, etc., adding water to the waste paper, mechanically breaking the waste paper and then applying outer force such as compression thereto. CONSTITUTION:Waste paper of data paper, etc., is disposed into a box 9 for office 2 designated by each disk 1 and accumulated in an accumulating place 3 of each floor, carried to a intermediate hopper 5 in a treating and forming chamber by means of air transportation 4, etc., and stored and then the paper is weighted by a weighting instrument 6 and water is added thereto while blending and breaking a part of the paper in a paper feeding machine 7 and fed to a compression forming machine 8 in water-containing state and the paper is compressed using the compression forming machine by a force applied to a compressing plate in a compressing box and formed into high density and carried on a pallet 30 and stored in a banker 31 in bulk state and directly transported to a regenerating pulp plant by a container car 32 or dump car.

    • PURPOSE:To efficiently subject the surface of a large-sized material to be treated to vacuum vapor deposition treatment by housing the following portable- type vacuum chamber in a supporting frame capable of self-advancing which has a sealing part and is provided with an electron gun, a crucible and a vacuum pipeline, etc., to the inside thereof. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum chamber 2 is pressed and set on a vapor-deposition objective part of a large-sized material 1 to be treated via a labyrinth seal 5. Then the space 10 forming by both the vacuum chamber 2 and the above- mentioned material 1 to be treated is vacuumed and exhausted via a vacuum pipeline 4. Thereafter a coating material 7 housed in a crucible 6 is heated and evaporated by electron beams 8 fed from an electron gun 3. Vapor 9 produced thereby is vapor-deposited on the treatment surface 11 of the material 1 to be treated. After finishing the above-mentioned vapor deposition treatment, the above-mentioned vacuum chamber 2 is transferred to next objective place by driving a driving motor 13 of a magnet wheel 14 which is held on a supporting frame 12 housing the vacuum chamber 2 and adsorbed on the above- mentioned material 1, and same treatment as the above-mentioned method is performed.
