    • PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a scroll lap while maintaining compressibility by providing an inclined part at the root part of a spiral lap part erected from an end plate in a fixed and a turning scrolls, and forming this root part into trapezoidal cross-sectional shape. CONSTITUTION:In a spiral scroll lap part 8, the outer peripheral face 8a and the inner face 8b are respectively formed into involute curves, and the tip part of the inner face 8b is formed into an circular arc 8c. The root part of such a scroll lap part 8 is formed into trapezoidal shape, and the lower bottom 9a positioned on the upper face of an end plate part 10 is made longer than the trapezoidal shape upper bottom 9b to be actual lap thickness. A joint angle 9d between the lap part 8 and the end plate part 10 is set to be an obtuse angle, and the height 9c of the trapezoidal shape is to be more than 1m, so that a shape change point around the lap root part, where stress is concentrated, is shifted upward to moderate the concentration of generated stress.

    • PURPOSE:To cope with problems on manufacturing cost and the reliability of an assembly structure by setting the outer diameter of a support leg outer circumferential section in an auxiliary support body within the range of a dimension which is larger than the inner diameter of a case, but is smaller than the outer diameter of the case when the case is hermetically closed, and thereby welding the support outer circumferential section with the case. CONSTITUTION:In a second compressor, both an electric motor section 9 and a scroll compressor section driven by a rotating shaft 4 are housed in a hermetic container 14, and the rotating shaft 4 is concurrently supported by both a main bearing 3 which is formed in the frame 2 of the compressor section and an auxiliary bearing 12 formed in an auxiliary bearing support shaft 13 located at the opposite side of the electric motor with respect to the main bearing 3. In this case, the outer diameter of a support leg outer circumferential section which is turned to be the flat flange section of an auxiliary bearing support leg 13 shall be appropriately set within the range of a dimension which is larger than the inner diameter of a case 14a, but is smaller than the outer diameter of the case. And the support leg outer circumferential section is made to abut against the case end face 14d of the case 14a in the horizontal surface, and the abutting section is heated by a welding torch so as to be fused while welding beads are formed wherein the auxiliary bearing support shaft 13 is thereby welded together with the case 14a.

    • PURPOSE:To improve convenience and machining accuracy by providing a recessed spherical face on the rear of the top face of a piston made through steel board plastic machining, then containing the ball of a rod therein and stopping the supporting section of a spring for pushing the ball in a groove made in the inner face of the piston. CONSTITUTION:A main part, i.e. a piston 1, is formed not through cold forging but through restriction. A part of a ball 2a is contained in a recessed spherical face 1b of the piston 1 formed with high accuracy while a part of the ball 2a at the opposite side is contacting with a spring 3. Since the maximum diameter section of the ball 2a rises over an oil supply groove and exposed within a range where oil is dispersed from a common end section of an eccentric section 6a, sufficient amount of oil can be fed directly or indirectly to respective sliding sections thus improving sliding characteristic considerably. Furthermore, reliability against variation of sliding characteristic can be improved. Consequently, a ball joint piston device which repeats compression and suction slidably can be provided with low cost and high performance.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the yield of a raw material, by a method wherein a piston body is integrally molded by a sintered alloy, after sintering, steam treatment is applied on the whole the piston body or the top and the spherical bearing part of the piston body, and the slide part of the piston body is finished by a grinding work. CONSTITUTION:In a piston body 7, a top part 7a, a slide part 6, and a spherical bearing part 5 are integrally formed by a sintered alloy, and the fastening side 14 of the spherical bearing part 5 is opened. Thereafter, an oxide film is formed on the whole of a piston or a top part 7a and a spherical bearing part 5 of the piston body 7 by steam treatment, and holes peculiar to a sintered alloy are sealed to improve resistance to wear. Through removal of an oxide film by applying a grinding work on an outer peripheral surface forming the slide part 6 of the piston, a size can be stabilized and the holes peculiar to the sintered alloy can be actualized to penetrate lubricating oil. Thereafter, a rod 4 having a tall body part 2 is inserted in the spherical bearing part 5 for fastening to rotatably and rockably couple them together to produce a ball joint type piston.

    • PURPOSE:To promote the miniaturization of a compressor by supporting a rotor, to which a roller of a pump part is fixed, to a bearing and forming in its flange partly a large thickness part making it face to the ravine of an end coil in an electric motor and a gas suction passage in the large thickness part. CONSTITUTION:A compressor respectively houses an electric motor 2 in the upper part and a pump part 3, driven by this electric motor 2, in the bottom part, in an enclosed vessel 1. The pump part 3 is constituted providing a roller 7 slidably fitted to an eccentric part 6b in a rotary shaft 6 forced to be press inserted to a rotor 2b of the electric motor 2 and a cylindrical cylinder 11 housing this roller 7. Here the compressor forms an upper part bearing 17, which rotatably supports the rotary shaft 6, by providing a flange 17b of arbitrary width in a shape cutting three parts with a journal part 17a serving as the center. Locally forming a large thickness part 17d, opposed to the ravine of an end coil 2c, in the radial direction from the outer contour side of the flange 17b, a gas suction passage 17e is formed in a part of this large thickness part 17b.
