摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate requirement of a plurality of crimp ring and reduce number of components and manufacturing cost, by providing an adhesive and a heat contraction tube on the surface of an outer skin of the end connecting with a stop ring of an optical fiber cord, and using the adhesive and the heat contraction tube simultaneously. SOLUTION: A through hole 100 is provided for the end of a stop ring 10 on the fixing side of an optical cord 20 of an optical connector, a tensile strength body 40 is penetrated into this through hole 100, and furthermore, the tensile strength body 40 is folded and arranged in the direction of an outer skin 110 of the optical cord 20 outside the stop ring 10. A heat contraction tube 50 having a hot-melt-type adhesive 60 is placed from the surface of the outer peripheral part on the fixing side of the optical cord 20 of the stop ring 10 to the surface of the outer skin 110 of the optical cord 20. In this case, the tensile strength body 40 penetrating through the through hole 100 can be fixed via the adhesive 60, and tensile strength of the tensile strength body 40 and joint strength of the stop ring 10 with the optical cord 20, closing to material strength of the through hole 100, can be provided.

The housing 11 is composed of parts at two points of internal parts 13 integrally molded with the first detaining piece 15 and the second detaining piece 17 and external parts 12 fixed internally with the internal parts 13.

摘要： PURPOSE: To make it possible to simultaneously clean the outer peripheral surface and end faces of a ferrule with ease and simplicity at the time of an operation to connect an optical connector thereto. CONSTITUTION: A sleeve-shaped ferrule cleaning part 22 having a ferrule insertion port 23a and a through-hole 23b is freely vertically movably disposed with elastic materials below this through-hole 23b. 摘要： PURPOSE:To directly connect optical connector plugs which are different in ferrule diameter to each other. CONSTITUTION:This adapter has two kind of sleeves 2 and 3 which are fitted into two kind of different-diameter ferrules; and the large sleeve is a split sleeve 2 which has an internal diameter a little bit smaller than the external diameter of the fitted ferrule and also has a slit axially at one place and the small sleeve is a precise sleeve 3 which has the precise internal diameter of its one-end side outer peripheral surface 3b a little bit larger than the external diameter of the fitted ferrule and also has the same external diameter with the thick ferrule fitted in the split sleeve 2. The internal diameter of the split sleeve 2 is larger than the internal diameter of the precise sleeve 3 and they are put in adapter housings 1 and 1' while one end of the precise sleeve 3 is fitted in one end of the split sleeve 2; and the adapter housings 1 and 1' has means, coupling with two kind of optical connector plugs having the ferrules fitted in the sleeves 2 and 3, at both ends.
