摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost of a compressor by simplifying the assembly structure of a delivery pipe. SOLUTION: The longitudinal one end side of a delivery pipe 120 is fixedly press-fitted to a second partition member 105b forming a delivery chamber 105, and the other end side is welded so as to fill a clearance between a hole part 113 and the delivery pipe 120 with a hole part 113 provided in a second casing 112 passed therethrough. Thus, since a positional displacement can be absorbed by increasing the size of the hole part 113, a projected part for positioning can be eliminated, and the man-hour for production of a compression mechanism Cp can be reduced. Since the delivery pipe 120 is fixedly press-fitted to a second partition member 105b, a clearance between the delivery pipe 120 and the delivery chamber 105 needs not to be sealed air-tightly by an O-ring, and the number of parts of the compressor 100 can be reduced.

SOLUTION: This compressor operates a load reduction mechanism when an electric motor and the compressor are started and rotated at a low speed to reduce a suction volume of the compressor temporarily so as to reduce a start torque. For example, in an electrically driven swash plate type compressor 100, a swash plate 8 is supported by an elastic means 10 to reduce an inclination angle of the swash plate 8 when it stops. Consequently, a stroke of a piston 11 is reduced, and a drive torque required at the time of start is reduced. Moreover, in an electric scroll type compressor, a bypass port between an operation chamber and a suction chamber is opened at the time of start to reduce a start torque by a spool vibrating synchronously with the revolving vibration of a rotor. In order application, a centrifugal clutch may be provided on a shaft of the motor to engage it with the compressor after the number of revolutions increases.

SOLUTION: A revolution preventing pin 15 is supported at both ends with one end inserted into a hole 13a in the compressor housing and the other end inserted into a hole 11a in the shell (fixed scroll member). As a result, the revolution preventing pin 15 does not easily deflect. Further the revolution preventing pin 15 is engaged to a revolution preventing hole 9c formed by penetrating a rotor bottom plate 9b. Even when the compressor is used as a refrigerating compressor in an air conditioner using, for example, carbon dioxide as refrigerant, and radius of the revolution circle of a rotor 9 is therefore small according to the low discharge capacity characterizing refrigerating compressors, diameter of the revolution preventing pin 15 or the revolution preventing hole 9c can be enlarged arbitrarily since it is sufficient if the revolution track of the center of the revolution preventing hole 9c matches the revolution circle. Strength of the revolution preventing mechanism increases, and reliability of the compressor improves, also in this respect.

SOLUTION: This compressor utilizes a clearance in a motor section M in a motor casing 5 as an inlet chamber space turning to the upstream side part of an inlet chamber 10, while it constitutes a discharge chamber 9 in use of a clearance between an inner surface of a pump casing 7 and an outer surface of a compressor section C. In the case where a carbon dioxide refrigerant is used, the compressor section C is miniaturizable as compared with the case of a fluorocarbon refrigerant, so that volume of the discharge chamber 9 is largely taken to the full and thereby discharge pulsation can effectively be controlled by utilizing a dead space due to a structural difference with the motor casing 5. In addition, since the inside of the motor casing 5 is utilized as a suction space of low pressure, its wall thickness is thinned and thus the casing can be lightened in weight.
