    • PURPOSE:To improve the overall efficiency of coal gasification facilities, by branching and extracting a portion of a flow gas of a heat exchanger and incorporating the same into a main gas channel portion at the outlet of the heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:A gas portion having a high temp. is branched and extracted from the intermediate portion between heat transfer elements 6 and 7. The extracted gas portion is led through a bypass gas pipe 12 into a gas blender 15 provided under the heat exchanger while controlling the amt. of the bypass gas in accordance with the load of a gasification oven utilizing a bypass gas control valve 13 and a dumper 14 provided. In a gas blender 15, the extracted portion is mixed with the main flow gas. As a result, even when the gas temp. at the inlet of a heat exchanger 4 is lowered due to a decrease in gasification oven load, the average gas temp. at the outlet of the heat exchanger is maintained high, enabling a temp.-controlled gas to be fed from an outlet gas pipe 9 into a sulfide removal device. Accordingly, the stable performance maintenance of the sulfide removal device is ensured, thereby contributing to the performance and reliability improvement of the total system of a combined power generation unit.

    • PURPOSE:To provide the title apparatus capable of stably and continuously discharging a slag without affecting operating conditions of a gasifying oven and gasifying performance, by incorporating a heater in a molten slag discharging portion in a spouted bed coal gasifying oven. CONSTITUTION:A spouted bed coal gasifying oven in which a coal and a gasifying agent are fed into a gasifying oven 1 to form a gas by gasification while an ash produced is molten in a high-temp. atmosphere to form a molten slag 5 which is in turn discharged into the outside of the furnace 1, characterized in that the furnace 1 is equipped with a slag hole 12 at the bottom thereof the outer side of which is surrounded by a water-cooled wall 2 branched from the end of a water-cooled wall inlet tube 15 and to which a fireproofing material 11 and a refractory and thermal insulating material 13 are applied and that a heater 14 is incorporated in the refractory and thermal insulating material 13. The above slag discharging apparatus can prevent the slag from being cooled and solidified without affecting operating conditions of the gasifying oven 1 and gasification performance.

    • PURPOSE:To provide the titled apparatus capable of gasifying coal at a sufficiently high temperature of the inside of a combustor with high gasification efficiency and high adaptability to coal, by igniting, carbonizing and mixing a fuel such as a finely divided coal and conducting an endothermic gasifying reaction of the carbon particle. CONSTITUTION:A part of a finely divided coal 10, a circulating char 16 and O2 or air 11 which is a pressurized gasifying agent are fed to a combustor 1 of a gasifying oven which is accommodated in an autoclave 6, surrounded with water-cooled wall 4 and lined on the inside wall surface with a heat-resistant and refractory material 5 in a relatively small thickness and ignited at 1,400-1,800 deg.C under a pressure of about 40kg/cm G. The high temperature gas and fuel are fed to a diffuser 2 while the remaining coal 12 is also fed to conduct the carbonization. The carbonization products are homogeneously mixed and the flow thereof is uniformalized. The endothermic gasifying reaction of the carbon particles is conducted in a reductor 3. The gas is cooled down to about 400 deg.C with a heat exchanger 7 provided at the output of the gasifying oven to recover heat. The char is collected with a cyclone and fed to the combustor 1 as a circulating char while the molten slag which has flowed down is discharged to the outside of the system as water-cooled slag 15 from an ash hopper 9.

    • PURPOSE: The titled gasification furnace where the gasification furnace composed of air-tight walls which are cooled with water is set in a pressure vessel and the gap between the gasification furnace and the vessel is used as a path for the formed gas, thus being able to be made in low costs easily and having high safety, reliability and strength.
      CONSTITUTION: At first, the gasification furnace 7 composed of water-cooling walls such as air-tight fin weld panels is set inside the pressure vessel 5 and coal is gasified in the combuster 1 in the furnace 7. Then, the gas formed is usually cooled with the gas cooler 4, introduced into the cyclone 8 fitted to the outlet of the furnace 7 where char is recovered, and the cleaned gas is passed through between the furnace 7 and the vessel 5 and sent from the bottom of the vessel 5 to the gas turbine.
      EFFECT: Pipings become unnecessary around the furnace whereby the space can be reduced.
