    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a treatment liquid for rubber/fiber adhesion, which controls reduction in adhesive strength even in a small state of coating weight and to provide a method for producing a fiber material for rubber reinforcement.
      SOLUTION: The treatment liquid comprises a block isocyanate water dispersion and a rubber latex and has 0.01-0.50 μm particle diameters of the block isocyanate water dispersion by a light scattering method. Preferably the block isocyanate water dispersion is the block body of methylene diphenyl diisocyanate and contains a polyepoxy compound. The method for producing a fiber material for rubber reinforcement comprises adhering the treating liquid for rubber/fiber adhesion to a fiber and drying the fiber. Preferably after the drying, the fiber is treated with a resorcin-formalin-rubber latex-based adhesive.
