    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management device for charging and discharging of batteries for vehicles which manages the charging and discharging of a battery and is capable of controlling current supply to a load and thereby ensuring a necessary and sufficient battery voltage.
      SOLUTION: The management device for charging and discharging of batteries for vehicles comprises a load importance information storing means, a voltage comparing means, and a current reducing means. The load importance information storing means brings load identification information identifying the load of each feeder line and importance information indicating the level of importance of the load of each feeder line in correspondence with each other in advance and stores them. The voltage comparing means compares a measurement value from a battery voltage measuring means and a measurement value from an alternator voltage measuring means. The current reducing means performs current reduction processing in the following case: an alternator generation detecting means detects that an alternator is generating power, and at the same time, the result of comparison by the voltage comparing means reveals that the measurement value from the alternator voltage measuring means is smaller than the measurement value from the battery voltage measuring means. In this current reduction processing, the current passed through the feeder line to a load of lower importance, stored in the load importance information storing means, is interrupted or subjected to like processing.
