    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a reaction apparatus in which piping penetrating the wall of a heat-insulating vessel is connected to an inner reactor and the thermal stress is reduced by suppressing rapid temperature change in the vicinity of the wall of a part where the piping penetrates, and which is safe; a power generation system using the same; and an electronic instrument. SOLUTION: The reaction apparatus includes the reactor, the heat-insulating vessel for accommodating the reactor, and the piping which penetrates the wall surface of the heat-insulating vessel and sends reactants or products between the reactor and the outside of the heat-insulating vessel. The wall surface of the heat-insulating vessel is composed of two or more kinds of areas having different infrared absorption rates, and the area having higher infrared absorption rate is arranged in the same wall surface as the wall surface where the piping penetrates. Thereby, the rapid temperature change in the vicinity of the part where the piping penetrates can be suppressed, the thermal stress is reduced, and the reaction apparatus is made safe.
