    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rotation irregularity from being generated in a traction drive mechanism using a planetary roller mechanism without inducing any increase in an axial length.SOLUTION: A fastening ring member 47 connected to a ring roller 22 at an outer peripheral side of the ring roller 22 are fixed to a casing 20 by several bolts 92-1 at each of different locations of the peripheral positions. A diametrical inner side of each of the fixing locations of the fastening ring member 47 is formed with a clearance 49 for allowing deformation of the ring roller 22 toward the outer periphery. The fastening ring member 87 connected to a ring roller 62 at an outer periphery of the ring roller 62 is fixed to the casing 20 by several bolts 92-1, 92-2 at each of the different locations of peripheral positions, a diametrical inner side at each of the fixing locations of the fastening ring member 87 is formed with a clearance 89 for allowing a deformation of the ring roller 62 toward its outer periphery.
