摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical instrument for operating a foreskin with which an operation for an extra foreskin on a base part of a penis can be performed exactly, securely and swiftly, in a process that the foreskin is pressed flatly and excised without bleeding and suturing. SOLUTION: The surgical instrument is provided with a pipe body to be fitted around the penis, a base plate having at an end an opening for unescapably fitting the pipe body, a ring which is mounted at the end of the pipe body and is provided with engagement grooves on the base plate side face, a lever which has a pair of hooking pieces on the end side for hooking to the engagement grooves and can swing on the base plate, and a pushing member which pushes the end of the lever to the base plate side and brings the end side into press-contact with the lever.
