    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer container in which carbonated gas is prevented from being permeated, a thermoplastic resin layer is placed between an oxygen absorbing layer and a non-organic film layer while residual oxygen in the resin is being caught, the non organic film layer is not influenced by deterioration caused by catching oxygen of the oxygen absorbing layer, and a fragile characteristic in the non-organic film layer is restricted.
      SOLUTION: A plastic multi-layer container is constituted by an inner layer 2 made of thermoplastic resin and an outer layer 4. An oxygen absorbing layer 3 is placed between the inner layer 2 and the outer layer 4, and the surfaces of the inner layer 2 and the outer layer 4 or the surface of the inner layer or the outer layer is provided with a non organic film layer 5.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a container with a small age contraction and a large pressure resistant strength by a method wherein a fixed orientation property and crystallinity are given on the inner and outer surfaces of the body of a container which has a neck, body and closed bottom which are formed of a thermoplastic polyester by draw blow molding. CONSTITUTION:The title container is a container which has a neck, body and closed bottom which are formed of a thermoplastic polyester by drawn blow molding. The inner and outer surfaces of the said body have an orientation property which satisfies 1500>=n1>=1492 and 0.020>=n0-n1 =X1>=20% and 3%>=X1X0>0% (X0 shows the density method crystallinity index on the outer surface side of the body, and X1 shows the density method crystallinity index on the inner surface side of the body). By this method, a container, which has combination properties of a small age contraction and a large pressure resistant strength, and is suitable for a usage to fill carbonated beverages, can be obtained.
