摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover valuable metal with high purity and to easily execute the recycle of a waste soln., to ions to be recovered, by adding ions having the number of value different from that of this one and recovering the metal to be recovered as precipitates. SOLUTION: When a mixed soln. is, for example, composed of three kinds of ions of A+ (Na, Li or the like), B2+ (Fe, Ni, Co or the like) and C3+ (Al or the like), firstly by using a membrane having the permselectivity of cations, A+ and B2+ and C3+ are physically separated. Next, to the mixed soln. of B2+ C3+, D+ (alkali hydroxide such as NaOH, LiOH or the like) is added, by which B2+ is recovered. To the remaining soln. of C3+ and D+, E2+ (Ca, Mg or the like) is added to recover C3+. The remaining soln. of D+ and E2+ is separated by using a permselective membrane, and they are reutilized as a soln. of D+ and a soln. of E2+.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a positive electrode active material, which can be reused, from a used secondary battery by crushing abandoned lithium ion secondary batteries to separate the contents from the cases, precipitating and removing unnecessary materials in the contents after changing the contents into a solution with a mineral acid, and separating and recovering the positive electrode active material from the solution after adding a lithium salt. SOLUTION: Used lithium ion secondary batteries are crushed, and the battery cases are removed by magnetic force or the like, thereby a crushed material is obtained. The contents in the crushed material other than the battery cases are dissolved by the addition of a mineral acid to be changed into a solution, from which impurities, such as Cu, Fe, and Al, other than a positive electrode active material are further removed by settling separation and electrolytic separation. Subsequently, the positive electrode active material contained in the solution is separated and recovered from the solution after adding a lithium salt in a process for separating and recovering the positive electrode active material. In such a way, the positive electrode active material, which can be reused, can be easily regenerated and produced from the used battery pack of the lithium ion secondary battery.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the inclusion of the decomposition product of a heat medium and thereby enable the reuse of a useful component as a raw material by bleeding an organic halide gas contained in a foam resin and separating/recovering each of components from mixed waste in a heat medium by specific gravity difference. SOLUTION: Mixed waste including a foam resin containing an organic halide which is used as a heat insulation material in a refrigerator is loaded into a sealing machine 2 which stores a heat modium 1 at a normal temperature, then is sent into a thermal reaction tank 3 to uniformly heat the heat medium 1 at a specified temperature of 300 deg.C or less using a heater 11 arranged encircling the outer wall of the thermal reaction tank 3, and thereby, the foam resin included in the mixed waste is softened or fluidized to bleed an organic halide gas contained in the foam resin. Further, the gas is quenched to separate the components originating from the mixed waste in a specific gravity separation tank 16 into a molten metal 13 and a slid matter 14 by specific gravity difference in the heat medium 1.

When electricity is passed to the electrodes 13a, 13b from a welding power source 16 while the electrodes 13a, 13b are rotated, current flows from the electrodes 151, 152 insulated with the disk 14 to the lower electrode 13b as shown arrows 171, 172, and the metal strip 12 is welded to the conductive core 11 by Joule heat. The ribbon-shaped metal strip is strongly welded to the conductive core.

摘要： PURPOSE:To manufacture a negative pole of large discharge capacity by blending fluororesin into hydrogen absorbing alloy powder by a prescribed weight ratio to the weight of a negative pole and press-fitting a current collector, under the magnitude of pressure in a preset range, onto the material after said material being formed into a sheet-shape. CONSTITUTION:The weight of fluororesin is assigned to, for example, 0.2-5.0% weight of a negative pole when hydrogen absorbing alloy powder is solidified by means of the same fluororesin. Further, the above-mentioned fluororesin and hydrogen absorbing alloy powder are mixed together and molded in a sheet-shape. Thereafter, it is press-fitted to a current collector under pressure, for instance, 100-800kg/cm . Owing to the above method, when the negative pole of a secondary battery is manufactured by using hydrogen absorbing alloy wit fluororesin serving as bond, the negative pole with large charge/discharge capacity can be manufactured.

摘要： PURPOSE:To safely manufacture in a short time without need of treatment with hydrogen and without use of a complicated and expensive manufacturing facility by bonding mechanically crushed hydrogen absorbing alloy powder having a pore size of 20-149mum with a resin. CONSTITUTION:Particle size of hydrogen absorbing alloy powder is specified to 20-149mum. If the powder having a particle size less than 20mum is used, a battery having high performance is cannot obtained. If the particles size of the powder exceeds 149mum, particles in an electrode break and come off f the electrode during repeated charge-discharge to decrease the life of the battery. The amount of resin used as a binder is limited to 0.5-4wt.% based on the alloy powder. If the amount of the resin is less than 0.5wt.%, the strength of the electrode is insufficient, and if it exceeds 4.0wt.%, the capacity of the electrode is insufficient. Use of water repellent fluorine resin is preferable as the binder.
