摘要： PURPOSE:To enable the heating condition of a heated specimen carried in a reflow furnace to be simply monitored in real time, enable data high in reliability to be communicated using even faint electric waves to the extent that electronic control units of various kinds and the like provided close to the reflow furnace are not adversely affected, and thereby enable the narrow inside of the reflow furnace to be effectively used with no receiving antenna required to be stretched within the reflow furnace. CONSTITUTION:A device is made up of a sensor section 3 which is carried in a reflow furnace 2 together with a heated specimen 1, and of a profiler main body 4 which is set in the outside of the reflow furnace 2. The sensor section 3 measures the temperature of the tested specimen 1 at its section required, transmits data signals to the profiler main body 4 using faint electric waves which are diffused while being modulated in spectrum, and the profiler main body 4 receives electric waves from the sensor section 3, and demodulates them, so that they are converted into signals which can be connected to display units of various kinds, so as to be outputted.

摘要： PURPOSE:To unnecessitate a local oscillator in a device, and to prevent a received high frequency signal from being interfered by providing a wide band gain control circuit which can directly controls the received high frequency signal without converting it into an intermediate frequency. CONSTITUTION:A splitter 6 supplies one part of an output high frequency signal as a signal for operating a gain control through a BPF 7 to an AGC circuit 8 to control a gain control circuit 3. In the AGC circuit 8, the received high frequency signal is wide band-amplified by AGC amplifiers 9 and 10 using a differential amplifier, and detected by an AGC detector circuit 11. The detected signal is amplified by DC amplifiers 12 and 13 and turned to a direct current voltage to perform the gain control. At the time of the gain control, the differential amplifiers 9 and 10 and the AGC detector circuit 11 perform an extrawide band operation which is almost 10MHz-1.5GHz, and the gain control is attained without affecting the interference.

An oscillator 15 oscillating a high frequency signal is connected to one end of a TV cable 3 and an RF checker is connected to the other end, the high frequency signal from the oscillator 15 is received by the RF checker to measure the connection conditions of the TV cable 3 as a feature.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make a system superior in privacy and to eliminate the complicated procedure by spectrum-spreading a data signal, FSK-modulating it, transmitting it by a weak radio wave conforming a radio law, receiving it, spread spectrum demodulating it and fetching data. CONSTITUTION:The data signal is spectrum-modulated in a spread spectrum modulation circuit 2, is FSK-modulated in an FSK modulation circuit 3 and is transmitted by the weak radio wave through a transmission antenna 4 on a transmitter 1-side. On a receiver 5-side, a weak radio wave signal received in a reception antenna 6 is FSK-demodulated by an FSK demodulation circuit 7, is spread-spectrum demodulated in a spread spectrum demodulation circuit 8 and the data signal is fetched. Thus, a system can easily be used without the complicated procedure since the weak radio wave conforming the radio law is used. Furthermore, privacy is superior, a strong resistance to the interference by a third person exists and interference to others hardly exist by adopting the spread spectrum modulation system.

摘要： PURPOSE:To extend the communicatable range by incorporating spectrum spread modulation and demodulation circuits in a radio master machine connected to a terminal network controller on the consumer side and a radio slave machine on the automatic gauge examination meter side. CONSTITUTION:A spectrum spread modulation circuit 15 and a spectrum spread demodulation circuit 23 are built in each of circuit structures of the radio master machine and the radio slave machine. In the case of two-way radio communication between the terminal network controller and the automatic gauge examination meter, the signal from the gauge examination center side is transmitted from a transmission antenna 9 through a CPU 14, the spectrum spread modulation circuit 15, a frequency modulation circuit 16, and a signal amplification circuit 17 when being inputted to an interface 13 in the circuit of the radio master machine. The radio slave machine side receives this signal by an antenna 11, and it is inputted to the automatic gauge examination meter through an RF signal amplification circuit 19, the spectrum spread demodulation circuit 23, the CPU 14, etc. Thus, radio master and slave machines can communicate with each other even if the distance between them is >=20m, and wiretapping and communication jamming are prevented.
