摘要： PURPOSE:To set reinforcements at prescribed positions by enclosing the outer peripheries of ring parts with guide members leaving a small clearance and fitting and setting the end parts of supplied reinforcements into kerfs equipped on the outer peripheral surfaces of the ring parts in rotation of the ring parts. CONSTITUTION:A freely rotatable ring parts 2 are provided at one side end part of a knitting machine body 1 and the outer peripheries of the ring parts 2 are enclosed with the guide members 3 leaving a small clearance. The end parts of the reinforcements 5 supplied from supply holes 4 of the guide members 3 are fitted and set into the kerfs 6 mode on the outer peripheral surfaces of the ring parts 2. The reinforcements 5 fit and set into the kerfs 6 are moved in the axial direction of the knitting machine body 1 and projected to the other part of the weaving machine body 1 through hole parts 8 equipped in the knitting machine body 1. Thus, irrespective of change of the diameter and pitch of the reinforcement, the reinforcements can be set at prescribed positions of the knitting machine body can be set easily and automatically to efficiently and economically from a reinforced basket.

摘要： PURPOSE:To surely chuck the main reinforcing bar by setting the engaging plate provided with plural engaging holes and the chucking plate provided with plural gourd type engaging holes on the same axis, revolting one of the engaging plate or the chucking plate and engaging the end part of the main reinforcing bar which is inserted through the small hole part. CONSTITUTION:By rotating, at least, one of the engaging plate 4 or the chucking plate 5, the end part of the main reinforcing bar 6 which is inserted through the engaging hole 2 and the gourd type engaging hole 4a is engaged. In the state that the end part of the main reinforcing bar 6 is inserted through the engaging hole 2 and the larger hole part 4b of the gourd type engaging hole 4, one of the engaging plate 3 or the chucking plate 5 is rotated. The chucking is exactly executed at the right position i.e., the small hole part 4a by positioning the main reinforcing bar which is inserted through the engaging hole 2 and the larger hole part 4b of the gourd type engaging hole 4 to the small diameter part 4a. And because the pushing means to push the main reinforcing bar is provided at the position corresponded to the respective engaging hole 2 and the gourd type engaging hole 4 of the end surface of the knitting machine body, so the inserting of the main reinforcing bar is also automatized.
