    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress influence of corrugation on a surface of a polarized board upon an optical film bonded on the surface of the polarized board. SOLUTION: Adhesive layers 52 and 54 are formed on two opposite surfaces of a transparent supporting substrate 53, and at least one adhesive layer 52 comprises a material in which a crosslinking state is changed by an outer energy, such as a photo-curing resin. A separator 51a on the adhesive layer 52 is peeled off, and the adhesive layer 52 is irradiated with light 5a so as to adhere under pressure a lens sheet 55 to the adhesive layer 52. Then the adhesive layer 52 is cured to such a degree that the adhesive state between the lens sheet 55 and the adhesive layer 52 is not changed. In this way, a laminated film 56 wherein the lens sheet 55 is fixed by a transparent supporting substrate 53 through the adhesive layer 52. This laminated film is adhered through the adhesive layer 54 to a polarized board on the observer side in a liquid crystalline display element. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
