    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of water due to shrinkage with time by coating the upper section of polyvinyl chloride waterproof sheet stretched on a roof, etc., with solvent-based urethane adhesives and applying and curing a resin containing a polymerizable unsaturated monomer. SOLUTION: The upper section of existing or new waterproof sheet made of polyvinyl chloride is coated with a solution consisting of the combination of urethane adhesives, in which an NCO/OH equivalent ratio is 1.1-0.9 in combination of hydroxyl group-containing compounds, in which two or more of hydroxyl groups are contained in a molecule, and organic polyisocyanate, and a crosslinking agent. A solution comprising an organic solvent obtained by a reaction at the NCO/OH equivalent ratio 1.9-2.1 by combining short-chain polyol and organic polyisocyanate is used as the crosslinking agent. A reinforcing material such as glass fiber is contained in a resin layer, or non-slip working and coating can also be executed. Cracking the the leakage of water due to shrinkage with time are prevented while repair works are also conducted easily. Accordingly, the term of works can be shortened and cost reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To stably obtain a bowling lane having a long lane life and excellent for transparency, oil resistance, antiweatherability (yellowing resistance), impact resistance and wear resistance by coating an epoxy resin layer on the base of the bowling lane, and then, coating a polyurethane rein performed with a vacuum degassing processing. CONSTITUTION:An epoxy resing coated layer 2 is coated on a substrate 1 and a polyurethane resing coated layer 3 is coated over it. After the curing of the epoxy resing layer, polyurethane resins are applied, while, the polyurethane resins should be at a viscosity 1,000-3,000 centipoise, and those outside the above-mentioned range are difficult to be applied. Before the apply (when they are of two part type, during mixture or after the mixture), bubbles existing in the resins are defoaming-processed with the use of a vacuum pump, etc. A primer layer may be provided between the base and the resin coated layer. It is preferable that the epoxy resin coated layer is finished at a width 0.1-0.3mm, and the polyurethane resin coated layer is finished at the width 2-10mm. When the primer is used, the primer layer should be finished at the width 0.05-0.2mm.
