摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spotting apparatus capable of accurately arranging a predetermined reagent in each microwell of a microwell integrated body and accurately collecting the reagent in each microwell. SOLUTION: The spotting apparatus is provided with a moving means relatively movable in three, depth, horizontal, and height directions with respect to the upper surface of a base on which the microwell integrated body is mounted, a spotting head means provided for the moving means for arranging the reagent into each well and collecting the reagent from inside each well, an image pickup means for photographing the arrangement of the plurality of wells from above, an arithmetic means for computing locational information on the each well image from image information obtained by the image pickup means, and a control means for controlling the moving means and the spotting head means on the basis of the locational information computed by the arithmetic means. The arithmetic means computes the locational information including information on the location of the areal center of gravity of each well image from the image information of the image pickup means.
