    • PURPOSE:To decrease the heat shrinkage factor at molding under heat so as to obtain stable and sure moldability by a method wherein a strain-free skin layer is formed on the surface of a crosslinked foamed sheet by extrusion laminating method and at the same time crosslinked foamed sheets are laminated to each other by piling them up. CONSTITUTION:A non-intumescent skin layer 3 is laminated to one side 6a of a crosslinked foamed sheet 6, which consists of propylene-based polymer and ethylene- based polymer, by extrusion-laminating a molten resin sheet 10 made of propylene- based polymer. Simultaneously, a decorative skin layer 4 is fixed by pressure to the skin layer 3 and cooled in order to mold a first laminate A with triple layer structure. A non-intumescent skin layer 2 is laminated to one side 5a of a crosslinked foamed sheet 5, which consists of propylene-based polymer and ethylene-based polymer, by extrusion-laminating the molten resin sheet 10 made of propylene-based polymer in order to mold a second laminate B. The respective surfaces on the sides of the crosslinked foamed sheets 6 and 5 of the laminates A and B are arranged face to face so as to be fixed by pressure while being melted by heating in order to form a laminated material C. At this time, a heat fusion layer 7 is formed at the pressure fixing portion. Finally, the laminated material is cut in lengths.

    • PURPOSE:To make one kind of universal S-shape pipe adaptable to various construction demands by making a center short pipe and both lateral short pipes connectable in the freely changed state of the axial direction of the pipes. CONSTITUTION:A left short pipe 2 and a right short pipe 3 are respectively connected to the left side and right side of a center short pipe 4. In this case, the connection between the left short pipe 2 and the center short pipe 4 and between the center short pipe 4 and the right short pipe 3 is of such structure as to be able to change the axial direction of the pipes. The pipe axes of the left short pipe 2 and right short pipe 3 are changed respectively to the opposite sides in relation to the center short pipe 4 to obtain a universal S-shape pipe 1. In addition, the distance between the pipe axes of both left and right short pipes 2, 3 is freely changed by changing the degree of changing the pipe axes. This universal S-shape pipe 1 can be therefore adapted to various construction demands without needing to prepare various kinds of S-shape pipes.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate shortening of joining operation and preventing a reinforced resin layer from being cut too deep by a method wherein the reinforced resin layer and a synthetic resin pipe are longitudinally shifted to expose an end part of the resin pipe easily by a method wherein a release layer is provided onto an interface between a synthetic resin pipe material and the reinforced resin layer on its outer peripheral side. CONSTITUTION:In a resin composite pipe 1, a grease layer 3 as a release layer is provided on a surface of a synthetic resin pipe (rigid vinyl chloride pipe) 2, and a longitudinally reinforced layer 4 of a fiber reinforced resin and its peripherally reinforced layer 5 are provided. For a separating method, a cutting line is sawed in the fiber reinforced resin layer surrounding an outer periphery of the synthetic resin pipe with a saw or the like. After dividing the fiber reinforced resin layer to be peeled off on a joining end side, the divided part is extracted to be peeled off. Consequently, a joining operation can be extremely shortened, and the fiber reinforced resin layer to be peeled off from the synthetic resin pipe 2 can be peeled off at once without breaking it into pieces. Therefore, its peeling operation can be surely carried out without leaving resides of a fiber or the like on the surface of the synthetic resin pipe 2.
