When an inside air switch 86 is operated, however, the inside-outside air switching damper is positioned in an inside air intake condition, while the cooling capacity of the cooling unit is increased to the same condition as an air conditioning switch 89 is operated. Thus, by increasing the cooling capacity even if the rate of inside air intake is increased, the humidity is prevented from rising thereby preventing the occurence of clouding.
