摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely collect the oil content and the water content from the metal lic chip containing oil and water, to surely prevent generation of disagreeable odor from the oil content dispersed into the atmosphere, and to discharge the soil and water which are separated from each other in a completely separated state. SOLUTION: An atmospheric gas feeding means 9 of a vacuum oil removing equipment 7 from metallic chip feeds the gaseous nitrogen to an oil water collection device 10 to prevent the air from entering the oil-water collection device 10, and prevents generation of the abnormal combustion due to the reaction of the oil content with the oxygen in the air in advance. An exhaust gas combustion device 12 completely burns the oil content in the exhaust gas, and then, discharges the exhaust gas into the atmosphere. In an oil-water separator 13, an oil sensor, a water sensor, an oil feed piping and a water feed piping are arranged in an appropriate position, and the separated oil and water are discharged in a condition where the gap between the oil feed piping and the water content layer, and the gap between the water feed piping and the oil content layer are sufficiently secured.

摘要： PURPOSE:To convert metal scrap to resources, etc., while effectively recycling the metal scrap by easily and safely separating away moisture or the moisture and fat and oil components from the metal scrap and melting the metal scrap without a possibility of degrading its quality level. CONSTITUTION:Compression moldings 3 are charged into a vacuum chamber 1 and are heated by a burner 4. A vacuum atmosphere is used if the compression moldings 3 contain the moisture alone. The compression moldings are preheated in an inert gas or gaseous nitrogen (N2) atmosphere introduced from a tank 25 if the compression moldings contain the fat and oil components. Further, the compression moldings are heated in the vacuum atmosphere maintained in the vacuum chamber 1 by a discharge device 12. The moisture and fat and oil components included in the compression moldings 3 evaporate at a low temp. under the reduced pressure and are recovered into a recovering tank 16 from a gas cooler 9. The compression moldings are not oxidized and are recycled by safely melting the moldings as they are at the time the moisture and fat and oil components are separated away.

SOLUTION: A bucket transporting means 27 loads a bucket 24 filled with metallic slag into an oil removing furnace 9 from a position indicated by a solid line to a position indicated by an imaginary line and then unloads it out of the oil removing furnace 9. Although a moving distance L8 is longer than the maximum stroke S1 of a tag bar 103, it may become possible under a selective use of a front dog 101 and a rear dog 102 arranged near the front end of the tag bar 103 and a repetitive reciprocating motion of the tag bar 103. An inclination attitude of the front dog 101 can be selected. After the inclination attitude is reversed, it is passed below the bucket 24 and then the rear end of the bucket 24 can be pushed into the device only by an amount corresponding to a stroke S2. As to the operation for unloading the material out of the oil removing furnace 9, both operation for changing-over attitude of the front dog 101 and a reciprocating driving motion of the tag bar 103 are combined and motion over the distance L8 more than the stroke S1 can be performed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To effectively use a plastic as a fuel or a material to be regenerated by a method wherein a plastic is heated under vacuum atmosphere to be melted or evaporated, and this is cooled and solidified to be recovered in the atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:A gas in a container 11 is exhausted under vacuum atmosphere, and a remaining gas is dilute. Therefore, an existing amount of oxygen is not sufficient for ignition and combustion. If a plastic is heated above the ignition temperature of the plastic, the plastic does not ignite and burn but melts into a liquid phase. A part of the liquid plastic is evaporated into a gas phase. The liquid plastic is cooled and solidified under vacuum atmosphere. The evaporated gaseous substance from a part of the liquid plastic is cooled and solidified by a collecting device 10 provided in the path of vacuum exhaust pipes 16-19. The solidified substance is recovered in the atomosphere. In this manner, the plastic is effectively used as a fuel or a material to be regenerated.

Pipings 13, 14 and 15 for vacuum exhaust are provided for the chambers 1, 2 and 3 respectively and thereby each of the chambers 1, 2 and 3 is put in a vacuum atmosphere discretely or jointly by a vacuum exhaust device 12. A heating device 8 is disposed in the treatment chamber 2 and the waste in the treatment chamber 2 is subjected to a volume reduction treatment by heating. At the time of this volume reduction, gases such as oxygen become very thin in the vacuum atmosphere and components of materials are not burnt, but retained even when the waste is heated to a melting temperature, and can be used as materials for reclamation.
