摘要： PURPOSE:To divide a coil material into plural blocks and to efficiently carry it by cutting the coil from the hollow core part to the outer peripheral surface while moving an injection position of burning gas for cutting in the radial direction of the coil and advancing to the other end face side in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:A vertical rod 9c and an arm 9a are connected respectively by a rack/pinion mechanism to form a vertical drive unit 9b and a reciprocal drive unit 9d which are equipped inside a cutting unit 7 and when each unit 9b, 9d are operated independently, a reciprocal position and a vertical position of a gas cutting nozzle 8 positioned at the front end of the arm 9a are set and a composed motion for them is enabled When a running motion of the cutting unit 7 itself is composed in addition the motions of these drive units 9b, 9d, the position on the axial line of the gas cutting nozzle 8 is changed three-dimentionally and each coil can be cut and divided in the arbitrary number of parts.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate the recovery of the sensible heat of steel materials which are not resistive to quenching and to effectively obtain superheated steam by arranging a radiation system heat exchanging part which has a steam superheater built- in and a molten-salt system heat exchanging part which has a steam generator built-in. CONSTITUTION:In this heat recovering apparatus, a radiation system heat exchanging part 1 which has a steam superheater 5 built-in and a molten-salt system heat exchanging part 2 which has a steam generator 3 built-in are arranged. High temperature steel materials 6 pass through the radiation system heat exchanging part 1 and are cooled to a prescribed temperature, then conveyed to the molten-salt system heat exchanging part 2, and cooled to an aimed temperature. On the other hand, water is supplied to the steam generator 3 from a steam and water drum 4, in which saturated steam is formed, and the steam is supplied to the steam and water drum 4, performing vapour-liquid separation. The steam is suplied to the steam superheater 5, in which superheated steam is formed, and the steam is supplied to the superheated steam utilization system such as turbines from a line 10. When steel materials which are not resistive to quenching are used, steel materials pass only through the radiation system heat exchanging part 1, and are drawn out from a bypass line 11.

摘要： PURPOSE:To manufacture a wire rod of uniform mixed structure of fine pearlite and proeutectoid ferrite, by heating the wire rod made of medium or high carbon steel at austenizing temp., then by cooling the wire rod in molten nitrate of K, Na etc. CONSTITUTION:A wire rod made of medium or high carbon steel contg. 0.20- 1.0% C is heated to the austenizing temp. of the steel before drawing. The heated wire rod is cooled uniformly in a bath contg. nitrate of Na, or K of low viscosity, low density, and low corrosive property, singly or in combination, melted by heating to 350-600 deg.C temp. while stirring the molten nitrate with a gas such as air blown into at >=0.05m/sec superficial velocity. The wire rod has a mixed structure of fine pearlite and a small quantity of proeutectoid ferrite, which is suitable for drawing. The superficial velocity V(m/sec) is defined to Q/A; the ratio of the quantity of blown air theta(m /sec) time to cross sectional area A(m ) required for stirring.
