摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently prepare a flat-plate type microlens in which a lens part consisting of a resin material with a high refractive index and a resin material with a low refractive index are laminated in a region pinched between two sheets of glass base sheets. SOLUTION: A number of micro-recessed parts are one-dimensionally or two-dimensionally formed on the surface of the glass base sheet being a mold by means of a wet etching and a number of the micro-recessed parts are made dense by performing wet etching again through no mask and this surface shape with a number of micro-recessed parts being densely arranged is transfered onto a reverse mold consisting of nickel, etc., and this surface is coated with a releasing agent and a photosetting or thermosetting resin material with a high refractive index is applied thereon and the first glass base sheet is laminated on this resin material with a high refractive index and after the resin material with a high refractive index is developed, the resin material with a high refractive index is cured and the cured resin material with a high refractive index and the first glass base sheet are released from the glass base sheet being the mold and the cured resin material with a high refractive index on the first glass base sheet is coated with the resin material with a low refractive index and the second glass base sheet is laminated on this resin material with a low refractive index and after the resin material with a low refractive index is developed, the resin material with a low refractive index is cured.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plastic lens with no interference fringe, having a superior impact resistance after antireflection coating. SOLUTION: A plastic lens is formed by laminating an impact resistant primer layer made of polyurethane, a hard coat layer made of a silicone-based resin, and one or more antireflection layers formed by deposition of inorganic matter, on a surface of a plastic lens base material in this order. The primer layer contains 1-80 wt.% fine oxide particles of at least one kind of metal selected from Al, Ti, Zr, Sn and Sb, so that a refractive index of the primer layer of the plastic lens is increased to prevent any interference fringe of the plastic lens.
