Next, a working quantity difference calculating part calculates difference between the integrated value at the time of the last renewal and the transmitted working quantity about the first periodical renewal part among the information related to the information processor 5, and further, a renewal period retrieving part retrieves the name of the same kind as the kind of the periodical renewal part from a third storage means 15, and reads its renewal period. Then, only when the difference of the integrated value is over the renewal period, it outputs the identification name and the name of the kind to a parts request output means 11.

Consequently, the inspection manhour of the rental meter 2 can be reduced and the rental meter reading result can be timely obtained by the remote maintenance center system 5 as necessary.

The means 6 delivers the information received from the means 7 to the means 8 and displays it on a display means 9. In case the display is instructed for the internal information on the device 10 at that time point, an internal information reading control means 3 is first started to obtain the internal information on the device 10 through a maintenance diagnosis control means 2. This information is given to the means 6 together with an instruction showing the delivery of said information to the means 8. The means 6 transfers the received internal information on the device 10 to the means 8 from the means 3 and displays it on the means 9.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the application time of a communication circuit set between a maintenance diagnosing device and a maintenance center, by avoiding such a case where the same unrecovered fault information is sent to the maintenance center in many times. CONSTITUTION:When a fault occurs, a logical device 9-n gives the fault information to a log register means 4 via a maintenance diagnosis control means 2 of a maintenance diagnosing device 1. The means 4 writes the received fault information into a memory means 6 together with a flag showing an unrecovered state and starts an automatic reporting means 5. The means 5 transfers the latest fault information to a maintenance center 8 via a communication circuit 7 only when the unrecovered fault information having the same fault factor as the latest information is not included in the information stored in the means 6. While the means 5 processes the unrecovered fault information if detected. Therefore the fault information caused by the same factor are sent just once to the center 8 before they are recovered. As a result, the application time can be reduced for a communication circuit set between the device 1 and the center 8.

Consequently, the fault information can be immediately informed to the substitutive center 42 without trying fault information to the suspending center 41 and the concentration of information to one maintenance center when the other maintenance center is suspended out of the two maintenance centers prepared original centers can be resolved by utilizing a 3rd maintenance center.
